Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established - Proverbs 16:3 ESV

TODAY’S ENCOURAGEMENT

What dreams are in your heart? I think we are all believing God for something. There is some big idea that has been placed on your heart, and maybe you are trying to determine whether or not it is something that God wants you to pursue. Can I encourage you to give your dreams to Him? I ask you to truly lay your desires at God’s feet reminding Him that you want nothing more than to live intentionally for Him.

It is easy to get so bogged down with the dream itself that you lose sight of committing the work to our Father. If we truly give it to Him, I believe in my heart that He will open up the doors of opportunity, impart new ideas to the forefront of your mind, and send divine connections to help bring those dreams to fruition.

PRAY

Lord, I desire to commit my work to you. I give you the liberty and room to establish the plans. Help me to not get in your way and show me the beauty in trusting You to bring it to pass. Not my will but your will be done. In Jesus Christ’s Name, I pray. Amen.

REFLECT

Will you choose to give it to God or continue to work at it alone?
