Step out in Faith: What do You See? – Beloved Women - April 17, 2019

TODAY’S ENCOURAGEMENT
It seems whenever I step out in faith; I encounter unexpected situations. A week after I agreed to speak at a conference, several family members had medical emergencies. I also came down with the flu and a hacking cough that seemed to linger on forever.
I felt like I was under attack and I was tempted to give up. I tried to manage these family health challenges while preparing for the speaking engagement. In the weeks leading to the event, I prayed and asked God to heal my cough and help me prepare. Thankfully, everyone got better a few days before the event.
Whenever we choose to focus on God’s assignment, our faith will be tested. Today’s verse encourages us to trust God and to walk by faith and not the chaos that we see. When we step out in faith, God will see us through every challenge so that we can fulfill His purpose for our lives.
PRAY
Father, I desire to honor You. Help me to trust You and step out in faith to fulfill the assignment You have for me. Keep my eyes on You Lord and not the chaos. In Jesus Christ’s Name, I pray. Amen.
