How Do I Know That God Hears My Prayers?

The Bible does talk about how God hears everything. God hears the groanings of our spirit, like the things we don't even know how to pray for. The Bible says that even the spirit of God recognizes what is on our heart and prays on our behalf. God sees everything, whether we vocalize it or not. But we have to remember that hearing our prayers and answering our prayers are two different things. We just have to be sure we are praying according to God's will.
