A Prayer to Know God as Jehovah Jireh | Your Daily Prayer

One of the greatest temptations we face is believing that everything depends on us.

We work harder, worry longer, and carry burdens God never intended us to bear because we're afraid there won't be enough—enough money, enough strength, enough wisdom, enough time.

Yet throughout Scripture, God continually reveals Himself as Jehovah Jireh, "The Lord Will Provide."

When Abraham climbed Mount Moriah, he couldn't see how God would keep His promise.

But God had already prepared the answer before Abraham ever reached the mountain.

The same is true for us.

God isn't surprised by your need.

He saw it before you did.

His provision may not always arrive the way we expect or according to our preferred timeline, but it always reflects His perfect wisdom, love, and faithfulness.

Today, you can release your fear because Jehovah Jireh has never stopped providing for His children.

"So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. And to this day it is said, 'On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided.'"

— Genesis 22:14
