Their brilliant colors take our breath away—yet they only last for a season. In today’s devotional from Whitney Hopler, we’re reminded that each day is like those leaves: beautiful, brief, and not to be missed. Psalm 118:24 calls us to rejoice in the day God has made. But so often, we let stress, distractions, and fear rob us of the present. Whether we’re weighed down by yesterday’s mistakes or anxious about tomorrow’s unknowns, God invites us to be fully here, today, with Him. Rejoicing doesn’t mean ignoring pain. It means anchoring ourselves in the unchanging truth that God is with us now. His presence is reason enough for joy—no matter what’s going on around us. From golden leaves to quiet moments, the fingerprints of His faithfulness are everywhere. Let today be sacred. Notice God’s goodness in the ordinary. Choose to rejoice—because this moment won’t come again.

📖 Today’s Scripture Reading: “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24 (ESV)
