Dear Friends,
Praise God for the consistent saints in this forum who lift up people in prayer!
I would ask that you would pray for my mother in law who was sent to the hospital tonight, her kidneys are failing. Her name is Julia. This was a real surprise for us. It is compounded by her concern for her daughter who is catatonic over the loss of her daughter (my niece) a year ago, and she is heading for being institutionalized herself. It is so complex and hard to explain. If it was not so painful it would be soap opera.
Father I pray for Mom and her consistent and gentle love for her family, for her example of humility, for her faith in your neverfailing love. Father may your grace and love fall on this whole family like a gentle rain. Bring healing to Mom and also release Linda from her chains of pain of the loss of her daughter. Let your spirit move to bring peace to Terry who grieves his daughter and blames you, give me the chance to talk to him mano a mano about your love for us all. Please us Ruth and me as you see fit.

Lord, I pray in agreement with all of this for all of these people. Bless tbrobinson's mother-in-law, and lend her your healing touch so that she might recover from her kidney ailments. Guide the physicians so that they might be able to treat her and help her to make a full recovery, and may they treat her with kindness and respect as they do so. Bless her and her family, and help to heal her in all ways.
Also please heal the broken hearts of Linda and Terry. Give them comfort and peace of the loss of their daughter. Help them to hold fast to one another, Lord, for support and love throughout this difficult time in their lives. Smoother them with your merciful love and unending kindness, and remind them that, even though this is a dark time, you are still with them. Help Linda to overcome the grief that is striking at her heart. Remove the spirit of sadness that has filled her, and replace it with one of acceptance and of hope that she will be reunited with her daughter in your kingdom. And God please show mercy to Terry, and help to quench his angry spirit by showing him your compassion. I understand what it means to be angry with you, as well. Let him know that he is not alone in how he feels, but also help to gently repair the damage to his broken heart over the loss of his child so that he might eventually find his way back into a loving relationship with you.
Lord, also watch over their Terry and Linda's daughter. Grant her peace from any suffering she might have had on this Earth, and keep her safe in your kingdom where you reign forever and ever.
And finally, Lord, look down with mercy and compassion upon tbrobinson. Bless him for his faith in you, and help to comfort him during his family's current multiple hardships. Strengthen his spirit and mind, oh Lord of all creation, so that he might be a beacon for the rest of his family members to shine in their darkness, and may his faith in you lead all of them to your doorstep so that they might all come to love and rely upon you, and eventually glorify your name and your works for them to others in this world who suffer similar hardships to each of their own.
I pray for this in the name of Jesus Christ, the One True Prince of Peace and Redeemer of Lost Souls.

yes, Father we just agree together for this family. Sometimes some people just seem to be knocked to the ground in their walk, so violently, it seems that they will never recover or stand again, but Father you are our restorer, our healer, our strength, our ever present help in times of trouble. This family has such a gentleness about them, such a humility, you see them, you know the depth of their pain... and you know how to guide them thru this difficult time so that they will know joy, so that they will be able to stand firm in their faith, so that they will proclaim a testimony that will bring great glory to your name. That is the place of our contentment. To please our God, to return the love and the goodness back to him and to his people as a reflection of his great love for us. Just as the song HOW HE LOVES US compares your love to a hurricane... let it be so for this family. In the name of Jesus.
Just like a hurricane blows thru and shakes everything, shake this family, love them violently, let there be no doubt as to the hurricane force love that you want to manifest in their lives now, today -- that incomprehensible love that makes YOU want to just absolutely grab them up and soak their precious face with a million zealous daddy kisses. Let it be so we ask in the name of Jesus.
Be violent in the display of your love Father. Hug them and hold them not as some cold and distant God, but as a passionate Father who sees their pain and has come to fight for them. That is who you are. That is how we know our God. Our God is Dad, and no one attacks his child without having to deal with our Daddy. This family is under attack and they are in need of you Father, we are all in need of you. Let them be overwhelmed by the massive presence and power of your hand at work in their lives. Freedom.
