pastors / ministers, parents, friends, forum mods, forum friends, the gift of twitching fingers and the delete key, and mostly for Jesus-
a prayer for thanksgiving for blessings beyond measure,
and a request welcoming anyone who just needed someone to join with you in the same.
Father God,
I'm in a whirlwind. I'm in a race but I feel it's all in slow motion. I know Your love for me, and it keeps and sustains me each day. You keep on blessing me beyond my own awareness. I'm striving for control, for some order, something that can be locked in and go the distance with me. I just keep coming back to You. Tonight I realize there's all these others I've just typed in introducing this prayer to You, and I don't say thanks very much for any of it. Thank You, Lord. Slow me down, God. Help me pace myself. Help me see where I might share some of what You share with me with others. Help me keep learning how I might say thanks to those in my life. Thank You, Lord.
I pray this in the precious name of Jesus,
