Is that the same bug that would cause the "Mark this forum read" to not work correctly? Quite regularly, I'll click on it, but the forum will stay highlighted as though there are unread messages.

Fritzpw_Admin -> RE: Bug Report (5/31/2005 2:40:28 PM)

yes

Fritzpw_Admin -> RE: Bug Report (6/9/2005 7:40:32 AM)

This is the Bug Report thread.

Please use this thread to report bugs with the system.

Thank you!

humbleinspirit -> RE: Bug Report (6/11/2005 8:13:23 AM)

In the chat room, when you log in, it asks if you want to download the new software. Once you do it, it brings you to another screen which asks you to download the software again. I have experienced this problem each time that I have logged into chat.

RudeDawg -> RE: Bug Report (6/12/2005 11:48:10 AM)

I've been having an annoying problem with Digichat for about 2 weeks. I use the popup window and frequently the window collapses to the taskbar it also sometimes loses it's font settings. It seems to retain my avatar and my sound settings though. It worked just fine for several weeks.[:@]

Paul_S -> RE: Bug Report - so called session time out error (6/12/2005 4:04:52 PM)

This session time out error only occurs when one is posting a post. Post will preview fine. And you can contiune fine. What happens in the so-called session time out is one's log in is reverted to Guest. One's log in for the day does not matter.

It is some kind of session time out. But it logs you out too. And this only happens posting the post.

Untill the real cause is found, maybe a good idea to have a written recommendation or reminder before one posts to select all and to copy content to clip board in case of one of these so called session time outs occur. Then all one has to do is, re-log in and go to the post one is replying to, and past and post.

It is maddening when I forget to copy to clip board. I had forgoten again. A recommended reminder on the edit page would help most to remember to do this, if session time outs and re-log in is a problem.

JudyTTexas -> RE: Bug Report (6/12/2005 6:31:42 PM)

Is Digichat working for you folks? It won't launch today as it did last nite...

Actually, I believe this is a bug related to users logging in through the Christianity.com login page.

If you said Yes when asked?

Are you using Internet Explorer?

Fritzpw_Admin -> RE: Bug Report (6/15/2005 8:55:58 AM)

What version of Java are you using?

humbleinspirit -> RE: Bug Report (6/17/2005 7:48:41 PM)

I am not sure, but with Crosswalk's old chat, it was the ichat plug in.

Fritzpw_Admin -> RE: Bug Report (6/20/2005 10:27:16 AM)

Sounds like you aren't sure.

You can download the Java that works best with our chat here:

humbleinspirit -> RE: Bug Report (6/21/2005 3:20:36 PM)

I just downloaded it but I still had the same issue as before.

Fritzpw_Admin -> RE: Bug Report (6/21/2005 4:18:19 PM)

Maybe the scheduled upgrade we're making tomorrow will help to solve some of your issues.

humbleinspirit -> RE: Bug Report (6/21/2005 4:21:20 PM)

Thanks, I will keep an eye out for it.

Fritzpw_Admin -> RE: Bug Report (6/23/2005 10:50:07 AM)

Ok, Chat upgrade should be completed... give it a shot now.

This is happening to me several 4-5 times a day just in the last 2-3 days. This frequency is annoying as I am losing posts and wasting time here.

Nope, I am logging in through Crosswalk forums. Several people in a chat thread just last night were having the same problem and they are from CW also.

Has the time allowed to post a reply been shortened recently? I'm losing posts that are short or long.

I have also noticed PM's are having a lot of lag between the time sent after clicking sending and the time to click the okay button that takes you back to your inbox.

lofo -> RE: Bug Report (6/30/2005 5:48:12 PM)

(Shaking fist this time.)
Enuff! Enuff already!!!![>:]
I just lost another post in just over an hour here.
AAAgggghhhhh!
I'm logging out and taking a break.
Dis jus ain't rihit!!![sm=icon_smile_yikes.gif] System time out error when my post took maybe 20 seconds to write????? [sm=mad.gif]

lofo -> RE: Bug Report (6/30/2005 5:49:17 PM)

(goes to open dryer to see if lost posts have joined the lost single socks in the "DRYER ZONE!!"

AprilMtns -> RE: Bug Report (6/30/2005 5:54:21 PM)

Lori, a similiar thing happened to me three times yesterday.
I sent one copy of it to myself in an email but don't know how to put it in a post. [&o]

(I haven't been on very often today, so it hasn't happened to me yet today.)

I also log into forum.crosswalk.

I am logging in through FCN. I have had I don't know how many of those Server Error in '/' Application errors. It has just been the last two days. I thought it was just my isp or something, till I read in here. It happens when I click on a thread to read.

I am also having a long lag time between hitting enter and it actually posting, both in PMs and in forums. Some times it is fine and others it is really long.
