Yes we should build a lanai for Johnny Boy. So men, can you come in and help build it please?

Oh and I understand if you guys would rather hang out on John's lanai rather than mine. I've got the good food and hammocks and John will just have the t.v. and couch.

One of my favorite style os houses is what we call Plantion Style houses; One story that haave deck that wrap around the house.

My favorite styles are an A frame or a Long Island Style of house. My uncle had one it was spacious. My parents had their wedding reception in their backyard.

A Koa Rocking Chair costs $2400. I can't imagine how much a Deck would cost!!!

For those of you who don't know; Koa is a exotic, natiave, Hawaiian wood.

Yeah Koa is expensive. Iolani Palace, the only royal palace in the US has it's stairwell made out of Koa.
