Well, I guess there's still plenty of time.

So the oriental cross stitch is on the go again? Cool! Just having a quiet Easter here. We were going to go on a day trip on Monday, but finances are non-existant, so we won't be going anywhere. Joan's not well at the moment, so maybe we wouldn't have been able to go anyway.

I wonder if I've got the same thing. I have a constant headache, and the left side of my face aches all the time. I can feel my sinuses not liking all the pollens around from all the wattle trees in our neighbourhood. Poor X. I know what I was like when I sprained my ankle. I wasn't good at sitting still either. At least it could be a time for her to catch up on some reading or something.

Souns like you've been having a busy time of things. Have you been watching "So You Think You Can Dance"?

I think they got it right this time, but I still wish Rhiannon would go.

Kylie, haven't seen you around for a while. I guess life is keeping you pretty busy.

I'm doing fine, just not seeming to find very much time to get online during the week, and even the weekends lately have been pretty full. We spent ANZAC day with a friend who was visiting her little boy who is in foster care. We actually made it to church on Sunday. Don't ask me what we did on Saturday, I think it may have included sleeping. Dh was out of town early this week but is home again now. And tonight we had X's parent/teacher interview - I feel bad as I messed up the dates and we missed J's ones. X's went extremely well, much praise for her writing talent. And her teacher asked after J (she was his teacher last year). And then dh and I went shopping to put some bedding on layby. We went to Target because they had specials on, put two single bed underlays, a king size and two single size doonas on layby. Then we went to Pillow Talk because Target didn't have a queen size underlay and found that their prices were vastly cheaper so I re-laybyed all the stuff we'd laybyed at Target plus the queen underlay, and added in a throw (I'd been looking for a throw in that exact colour for months) and only spent $40 more, throw and queen underlay included, than I would have at Target. I'll cancel the Target layby tomorrow. I'm only losing $2.50 for doing that and saving over $100 by buying the same things at Pillow Talk. Work is going well. I survived Induction. Next week they're actually sending me to training for the actual position I'm working in... much more useful! Kylie
