I know some of you make this folder your main stomping grounds and may not be aware of it, so this is a public service announcement!

The thread ultimately got to nearly 75,000 hits. Today it was pulled from the boards, however, b/c it was TOO popular, and it was apparently messing up the servers! So the thread is dead, long live the (memory of) the thread.

Here's proof of our success, though. I took a screen shot before the evidence was gone forever, and have attached it to this post....

We're heading to Ecuador soon, God willing, to work with HCJB World Radio.

We're (hopefully!) finishing our pre-field ministry / deputation--i.e., finding monthly financial partners (churches and individuals).

It's not too much to say that it is harder for missionaries to get out the door now than at any time in the past hundred years. It's a challenging process. 80% or more of a missionary's support now comes from individuals. Still, we know that at just the right time God will get us there.
