I don't know why but to each his/her own. IMHO Scott Tremonti is one of the best guitar players of all time and he really shines on the 2 Alter Bridge CD's. Just picked up the new Chris Sligh and have had it in my car for about a week. Didn't grab me the first time through but the more I listen, the more I like it.
