I started "search for peace" at a time in my life that was full of strife and pain, thankfully I have regained that peace and that peace only comes when I rest fully in HIS arms and rely only on HIM. So I wanted my new thread to reflect that. [sm=angel.gif]

Thank You and glad you found the new place. If anything that I have gone through helps anyone than I am satisfied that all the trials and storms served a purpose!

So far the evening is turning out to be pretty much the same as most if now all Satruday nights. I had a wonderful time at the lake and my friends had a beautiful house and a awesome view! WOW! I played and rested and hated to come home! LOL, but today I am back in the real world! I hope all had a great weekend as well.

Okay, update on "alomost" X - for those of you who remeber last I knew was he was in a Christian treatment program. Well he was kicked out because of his horrible and negative behavior. He was just hiding from the law and bill collectors. The Director finally had a enough, so he is out loose again and from what I hear he is still drinking and causing problems. I started looking again because the bill collectors are now coming after me for his bills past and present. I am legally responsible according to them.... I have a JOB and can be made to pay! Ya'll pray that this comes a resolution soon before he takes me down.

Hmmm. I think I can see now why you're eager to get a divorce. You shouldn't have to be responsible for his irresponsibility and it seems as though being merely separated doesn't do the trick. Somehow that doesn't seem right to me and if that's the way things are, no wonder people rush to get divorced after they split up instead of waiting. I'm sorry he didn't cooperate with the treatment program. How disappointing!

I was hurt and sad for him when I found out that he choose not to complete the program and use the chance to help himself, BUT I also know I am not responsible for that. I know that I know I was released last year, but now this with the bill collectors is driving me nuts. He can run up all the bills, medical and otherwise, and I can be held liable! [sm=icon_smile_dead.gif] Is there something wrong with this picture or what?[&:]

NO! Only me being legally divorced will stop them from garnishing me or suing me, and they can still come after me for what he has done up til now! I am going to a lawyer next week and see what I have to pay to get this show on the road, cause I can't take another financial blow like this, I JUST CAN"T and WON"T! [sm=mad.gif] WHEW! I feel better now; I just needed that off my chest LOL! I am okay just frustrated by this! [sm=silly.gif]
