Yeah. [;)]

Tinkerbell_ -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 12:58:36 AM)

I still can't sleep so I'm running around different threads until I get too tired. [:D]

So far it's not working!!!

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 1:02:49 AM)

Hiya Tink, thank you for popping in! I am about to pop out of forums very shortly. Oh, btw, I think I set a new record, I plowed through almost all of my subs in just a little more than 4 hours! And I had over 100 unreads too!

BTW, on a seperate note, here is a Link to the Public Transportation thread that I started a couple of days ago.

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 1:08:02 AM)

Ok, I am all caught up now barring one last unread thread. I am out of here for the night. Have a goodnight everyone and see y'all tomorrow!

Tinkerbell_ -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 1:09:33 AM)

Good night, Mike! Hope you sleep well!!!

One of us should anyway. [8|]

saraimay75 -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 1:51:21 AM)

I guess I missed Mike.

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 11:05:55 AM)

Thanks Tink!

Hi Sara!

wintery -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 11:11:34 AM)

Hey humble! I just saw that you had your own thread, I think yesterday.

I really for all the time I have been on here did avoid this section and others so I'm still finding out things like that.

Well, again, have a good, safe trip!

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 2:28:02 PM)

Thanks Wintery, yeah, I do have a thread here but it does not have the activity that some of the others have such as Deb's, Sharon-Marie's and Lioness's threads though.

Mrs.Above_All -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 2:34:34 PM)

Hey there vacation man. Now...where are you again? lol! [8D]

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 2:37:12 PM)

Hi Trishy, I am doing ok, I am still in Boston, you?

Mrs.Above_All -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 2:40:41 PM)

Doing well. Just waiting and killing time before opening the store. I'm done with my morning duties. [:)]

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 2:42:52 PM)

Thats good Trishy, I am feeling lazy today. I do not know what I am going to do yet. I still have laundry to do, and packing for tomorrow too, lol!

bride48 -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 5:42:17 PM)

Will you be visiting anyone in D.C. or will this be like your trip to San Francisco?

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 5:57:23 PM)

I will be visiting someone who I know from another forum, but other than that it will just be a pleasure trip. I hope to relax because I cannot seem to get myself motivated to do much of anything these days. Even when I went to San Francisco last fall I spent most of my time in the hotel room instead.[&:]

bride48 -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 6:05:37 PM)

Gosh, I'd be trying to see as much of the National Gallery and the Smithsonian as possible. Also the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam War Memoral and a White House tour. Lots of history there...wow!

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 6:06:17 PM)

Yes, and San Francisco has a real lot to see and do too! I just have to motivate myself to do those things.

bride48 -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 6:13:43 PM)

San Fran doesn't have much history, though. I did like the deYoung Musuem in Golden Gate Park. I visited it as often as possible when I lived in Marin. What I miss is my family and my friends.

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 6:33:32 PM)

Yeah, its hard moving away from family. That is what I probably will ultimately miss when/if I ever move from here.

bride48 -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 6:39:15 PM)

I still haven't made friends here, mostly due to my disability, so that's made moving here difficult. It's been six years, and I'm still a newcomer.

humbleinspirit -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/22/2008 6:47:54 PM)

((((((((((Deb))))))))))

Boston is a very hard place to make friends in.

crazedmom -> RE: Your Humbling Comments (7/23/2008 9:33:06 AM)

Hey there, Humble! Hope you have a great trip to D.C. It should be nice and warm! My Dad said it was in the upper 90's the other day. Look forward to hearing how it went. [:)]

Mrs. K and I spent a whole day just in the Portrait Gallery.

The Holocaust Museum and the Vietnam Memorial were the most moving things I have seen. Pictures do not do them justice.

People here aren't used to newcomers. They're also very impatient.
