My husband is Daddy and that's all there is to it. I don't use the term babysitting when he is with the kids.

The only time I use the term "babysitting" in relation to dh is when I jokingly say "he is babysitting ... he has all the kids baby pictures in the wallet he is sitting on" LOL

With the term Daddy Duty ... I'm thinking dh is going to have to go on Daddy Diaper Duty in a couple of seconds ... Caleb is starting to grunt and groan, and dh is closest at the moment. (Diapers are changed by whomever is closest at the time)

LOL, it used to really irritate me when my ExMIL would say their Dad was "babysitting". I remember finally telling her one time- "Babysitting my foot, but sometimes I wish I could give him $10 and send him home!"

I think it's really the attitude that goes with the comment that makes the difference, at least it did to me.
