I'll have to try that cabbage skillet, I've seen you post it before and it looks good.

I have a roast cooking in the crock pot for beef stew tonight. It smells sooo good. Later I'll throw in some potatoes, carrots and other veggies, and maybe some quinoa.

QUINOA

I've got some red quinoa.

Change of plans - I went to make the mac and cheese, and I have no macaroni!! So it's spaghetti with a meat sauce tonight instead.

What's a meatball grinder? A sandwich?

I'm lobbying for Little Caesar's pizza today. We shall see.

Last night was crockpot pinto beans and turkey kielbasa over rice. Apple crisp for dessert.

Tonight, DH cooked: grilled hamburgers, fried potatoes-n-onions, and mexicali corn.

Morning all.

I'm still stuffed from yesterday's meal... Prime Rib, roasted potatoes, and candied carrots! Had the whole family over, we had a great meal and a great time.

Tonight it will be chicken burgers.
