Im just glad Padilla is revoking Caseys' bond and she will be back behind bars on Saturday.

Poor Padilla! He didn't feel the love or admiration he hoped for. Guess he couldn't get the pub (and $$$$$$$) he thought would flow his way.

I wish somebody would revoke Nancy Graceless' bond.

This is one reason why I despise the media. Can I say despise? That may be to hard of a word. But really, who are we to speculate on what happened to this child. We do not have all the information, nor are we entitled to all the information.

It is one thing to pray for and be concerned about these people, but to speculate over whether or not this mother killed her child and accuse the grandparents of things as well is just to much. It is not our business and we need to be careful about being judgemental.

Alright lemme put it to you this way...
If ur child went missing would you report it? Would you tell ur parents about it? And ill bet you that if there was testing done in the trunk of ur car right now they would not find human decomposition.
How is all that information judging anyone? Its the TRUTH. Just not alot of people like the truth.

Unfortunately I believed the child dead from the first news report. Looking at the clips of the mother, there is definitely something wrong with her. Female psychopaths are less frequent than male ones, but this woman seems to be one.

If anyone is curious and has a lot of time on there hands, HERE are the discovery documents in the case. It's 400+ pages.

It's clear from reading the interviews, etc that if any information about the little girl comes out, it will not be from her mother. Even prior to Father's Day, she would climb a flag pole to tell a lie when she could stand on the ground and tell the truth.

I saw that. I was watching Nancy Grace when it happened live. The protestors were going INSANE with happiness.
I watched some videos of the grandparents of Caylee last night and i cried. I feel soooo sorry for them and what they have to deal with. George Anthony almost cried when he was yelling at some guys. I think its really terrible that they have to hear questions about their granddaughter and the fact she may be dead. Thats gotta be awful for them! Its CASEYS fault. Not theirs.
I can see honestly why they are so in denial. I think i would be as well if i were in that situation. Id never believe she was dead until i had proof. I wouldnt ever wanna face it unless i saw proof. There would be no way id ever stop looking for her. I feel so bad for the grandparents.
But Casey on the other hand deserves to stay in jail from now on. And the fact that she went back to jail automatically cancels the bond.
So unless someone else puts up $500,000 or $50,000 to get her out - she stays put.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong in this, but was it true that the mom waited over a month before she reported her daughter missing? Or did I mishear that?

Honestly, I just wish the national news media would back off from this story a little bit and let the police do their job. The rest of this family is going through enough hell as it is with neighbors accosting them, police questioning them, the missing child, the possibility that this girl might have been killed by her own mom, etc.

I think the press can back down just a little bit here.

The grandparents are in denial, or covering for her. The video of this little one looks so much like my middle DD, when she was younger( except my DD was blonde) it makes me cry when I see it. Why can they not find this child? The mother cannot be that smart, and lies so much, that she surely cannot keep track of all the lies without messing up.

Absolutely! Having watched way too many hours of interviews with them, and reading this case inside and out, I can tell you they have changed thir stories many, many times, as has Casey.

It appears to me that they are all lie way too easily.

Her father is a retired cop so I am sure he knows this is really bad. I learned an important lesson ond day with a friend though. What we see happening in public may be nothing like what happens in private. So her parents may very well put on a face for the media all the while trying to get their daughter to confess what she did with their grandbaby. Her 3rd birthday must have been torture for them.

Yeah - Casey went somewhere for awaile and when she came back she finally told her parents that Caylee had been missing for at least a month. It was her mom that reported it - thats when she told police it smelled like there had been a dead body in her car. And shes a nurse - so im sure she knows what that smell is.
Then the person at the garage where the car is said that the trunk of Caseys car had the odor to it like a car he had smelled before which a person had committed suicide in the car.
Theres no question there was a dead body in that car. It had to have been Caylee. And Casey is being really selfish in not letting her daughter be buried properly.
And the real victims of this are her parents and Caylee. Casey is not a victim as some claim. All the evidence stacks against her.
And the fact shes not saying a word prooves her guilt as well.
She has until Tuesday morning to talk and tell what she knows and get partial immunity, otherwise if they find the body of that little angel - she will most likely get murder 1.

Stampinlady - i dont think the grandparents are covering for her, but i do think that they believe too much of her lies. I understand it though - i dont think id want to believe a granddaughter was dead either. And definately wouldnt want to believe my daughter had anything to do with it. That would be alot to take in...i just pray to God that that little girls body is found soon so this case can be closed and she can finally rest in peace.

According to the news, the evidence found in the trunk of the car verifies that it was Caylee's body that had been in there. The mother is still not talking to detectives and refuses to say where she out the body or what happpened to the child in the first place. It being in Florida, it is possible that the child's body was dumped in a canal or swamp, or buried in a shallow grave to be scavenged by the critters, so there may not be a body to recover.

I feel very sorry for Casey's parents. It has to be so difficult for them to even think that their daughter would harm or kill her own child, and no doubt they loved their grandchild. It would be difficult for any of us to accept that our child could be a murderer, and I can understand the denial.

I pray for the family. This is a horrendous situation to be in.

I saw that on the news too. How sad. Until now the grandparents could hold out hope that she was alive. I would imagine that the police are making sure everything is just right before charging the mother with murder. When Casey was first arrested I remember a detective saying that he considered this a homicide investigation from the very beginning. He was right.

What do you guy's think happened to the baby? I am wondering what your theroy is? Was the mom abusive, anyone know? I know no one knows for sure what happened, but, since I have not followed the case that closely wondered if you have heard any thing that would suggest motive. I think, just a thought that she may have been abusive, though not for sure.

Well there have been things she said in the past and while she was pregnant that she wished she could give the baby up for adoption, then theres the fact that she had taken Caylee to parties and the baby always fell asleep on the couch while Casey was partying till the wee hours of the morning.
Then the fact that she went partying just a few days after Caylee went 'missing'.
All of it adds up to what i believe happened - which is i think she killed her. Maybe got mad at her and struck her, not necessarily meaning to kill her, but maybe even an accident, and then she freaked.
But - if it was an accident she will take the partial ammunity deal before the deadline today.

She didn't take the deal, just FYI.

I don't know what happened to her, Light. At first, I sort of hoped she gave her away to someone who would love and care for her, but the results of the forensic tests that are coming in make that look highly unlikely.

I also hate to think of a mother killing her own child, although I know it happens--it is just so hard to accept. But if the child died in an accident, why would she not call 911 or her parents or someone to help? Why would she dispose of her baby's body? That is not the action of someone who has a child die accidentally.

I am torn between feeling sorry for her grandparents and wanting to smack them. The grandmother was on tv this morning insisting that the baby was alive and accusing the police of doing nothing to find her. Huh? The only person that can help them find her is the mother, and she refuses. If she is looking to blame someone for the reason no one has found her granddaughter, she needs to look a her daughter.

Repeating a lie over and over does not make it true. Believing someone else's lie does not make it true, either.

But, if I were in her (the grandmother's) situation, I would be tempted to believe whatever it was that made my grandchild alive, I guess.

I do think it is fruitless to wait on the mother to tell the truth, though. From what she has told friends, lovers and her family for years, she is unable to tell the truth, so I do not think anything that comes out of her mouth is going to help find the baby.

My wild unfounded guess is that the baby drown in the backyard swimming pool of the grandparents. The mother (being the idiot she seems to be) tried to hide that she was not watching the Baby.

And as always there is no terminus when we start dealing with satan.

The very night that this could have (the day the baby went missing) the dumb butt mother went to her new boyfriends how and spent the night, lying that the baby was with the grandparent.

But that just might be me.

I will say this; if any of my 10 grandchildren are unaccounted for for over a day; I will find out why.

Thanks
RC

From personal experience (her personality and actions remind me of a person I knew well), I would guess that she did not watch after the child, and something happened. I do not necessarily believe she intentionally killed the child, but I believe she is guilty through neglect. I also believe that she has no compassion for other people, so she simply tried to hide the death and carry on with having fun. Pathetic!

I think you are right on. I was watching the morning news one day and a psychologist said that Casey was a psychopath. At first they chuckled thinking he was telling a joke but he said no seriously I think she is. Then he said that a psychopath is a person who lies easily and has no remorse.
