Hi Redsgrl I had the same problem not to mention I just plain ole didn't like exercising. My family (mom, aunts, etc) have genetic weight problems and I saw myself heading down the same path. What did I do? I began by parking the car away from work and walking. I also began walking on my lunch break vs. sitting at the lunch table with coworkers and stuffing myself. I started packing healthier lunches (most of the time)lol. I found a 5 minute arm exercise on youtube, saved it to my computer and while I'm watching television I will do the arm exercise via my computer. These things were a good start for me. I'm a busy mother, wife, youth leader, sister, daughter, employee... Try to find some time for YOU. If you're going to be there for everyone you have to take care of yourself first Be Blessed
