Our contract is up in September. Normally the new contract company hires the existing employees though, but since everyone is in a budget cutting mode, I am not sure if I'll get the same wages/benefits. Please pray so I can get ahead on paying off my debt. I'm not 100% they'll keep me if they need to cut someone.

Also I am considering switching careers so I need guidance on that since there is such a waiting list for nursing programs in my area.

No updates yet.

If they keep me employed then I will have an extra month of expenses (I save my vacation pay as my emergency fund until I finish it)

If they don't then I'll have to find another job real quick. I can't afford to be out of work very long. They tend to do do stuff slowly (govt) so I have a feeling I won't know anything til the last minute [&:]

Thanks everyone. finances are doing better just need to cut down on the grocery budget somehow. LOL

Should know more Monday but if we all keep our positions would be the same insurance and vacation hours earned which is good I am putting off a doctor's appointment until I know for sure.
