Mrs. C. feeling some better this morning. She appreciated the prayers yesterday and would appreciate them today also. She has a 10 1/2 hour work day today.

She only works 2 days a week in the church kitchen preparing for Wed. night supper. Mon or Tues is a short day (maybe 4-6 hours) but Wed. is the long day. Finish preparing the food and then serving the food. She is one of 3 salaried employees in the kitchen. Have many volunteers that help serve.

Oh, that is hard work standing on your feet all day cooking! Not exactly the thing you want to do when your back is hurting!!!

It was said long ago that TaRanda was a match to give Tony a kidney. Only delay was she got pregnant and now having to wait so long after the baby was born to donate the kidney.

Well, that is great that she is a match... I don't think I remember reading it. In fact, until recently, I didn't know how bad Tony's kidney function had become.

I again ask all of you to please keep me & mine in your prayers.
Mom's physical health and her Altzheimers & lots of issues I just can't share...except to say you may or may not know,
and I sincerely pray you never do know first-hand,
the toll this horrible disease takes on families & caregivers...
all the decisions & what if's, should ofs, etc....even strong faith strong family-oriented people sometimes just blow up with & at each other and themselves...you get the picture....

I so wish they would have this precious child checked out, the 'attitude problem' could well be caused by the lick or the child could be in pain. Head injuries can manifest themselves in many fashions but left untreated they can have long lasting and very often serious consequences.
Praying for your unspoken request as well.

I would like to ask you all to pray concerning a house that I will have auctioned tonight. I took this house on trade for a spec house I had sitting and I just need to get out from under the debt and payments. I still have one spec house beside that house and in this housing market I just need it to move. Please pray for God's blessing on the auction, and that my faith would be strong, and that I would praise Him and His goodness no matter how much the final bid is. I do have a reserve, but really need more than that. Thank you.

Praying for the requests.
Also have a request. We are cleaning out things that Alicia doesn't need and won't need at all or at least for a good while. On 8/23 we plan to have a big yard sale. Alicia is thousands of $$ in debt because of hospital and doctor bills as well as some other bills he left her with. Pray that we can sell most of the items and that it will bring in a good amount.
We know that based on the payment plans she has right now it will take her 3 years to pay off these debts. She has furniture and several other large items we would like to sale that could take some of this burden off by paying several of the smaller bills off completely. Pray that we can bring in the amount needed.

lol but other than that there has been no more spells and no more signs of anything of that night and the bruise on her head is gone. Still keep her in your prayers and all because after a fall like that...even Debra said last night that is scary and she should be checked out. My friend works in a hospital and she said she needs to be checked out. She has a little girl same age as Alyvia and so she knows how scary that would be. Yes she is trusting in the Lord, but you also need common sense too. Pray that nothing is wrong with her especially since LaDawn is not taking her to get her checked out or pray that she realizes that she needs to go have her baby checked out.
