Will someone let me know when they come across my obit?

My grandpa was 103, still in his right mind and still very active.

I'm not in my right mind now... The fellow who built our house 50 years ago passed away this week. If I didn't read obits, I'd know nothing about the man except his name and that the men in the family are SHORT. (I bump my head going into the basement)

I once rented a place that was built for a "height challenged" person... Didn't have a basement, but I had to get on my knees to use the kitchen counters.

I saw this on the obits at Yahoo today: Former Kentucky Derby winner Genuine Risk, the only filly to finish in the top three in all three U.S. Triple Crown races, died on Monday aged 31. That tells me two things: 1) We're a pretty strange society to include the death of a horse in the obits and 2) Being a lifelong vegetarian on gets a healthy horse just over 30 years. It's obvious that a little red meat in your diet has benefits!

I'm tired of missing funerals! I've missed two lately of pretty important individuals in my community! I just bookmarked our local papers obit page and am committed to check it on a regular basis. Blessings, Garsy
