I went out last night. I had seafood spagettini. It was that or the chicken with anchovy and garlic pasta. I like both but the chicken one would have to be the winner. That pasta fish is GOOD. I think it's called chicken olio?

I had beef tips, a green salad, and mixed veggies at O'Charley's last night.

Tonight, I am going to make a casserole with whole wheat pasta, meat sauce (spaghetti sauce,) and cheddar cheese.

Yesterday was chicken salad on whole wheat for lunch (too hot to cook) and pizza last night.

Tonight will be grilled chicken, brown rice and some veggies (probably tomatoes, cucumbers)

There's a Little Caesar's in the (small, hardly ever busy) local mall where you can get $5 medium pepperoni pizzas as a walk-in order. So we got two of them for supper, plus a couple bottles of pop from the dollar store.

Tonight I am going to the Beth Moore similcast at church, so instead of homemade pizza, the gang is getting DiGiorno.

I went, too, and really enjoyed it!

Tonight it's the yummy leftover roast, red potatoes, onions, and carrots from last night.

Not at all! It's one of my husband's favorite meals.

Mine too. I never make it, as I use whole wheat noodles, etc. and my family likes how Daddy makes it. So Sunday, after church, we stopped at the store and bought the ingredients so Daddy could make tuna casserole.

We had crockpot roast, potatoes, carrots, onions, and mushrooms. I had a green salad, too.

Thursday night we will have leftovers cut up and thickened into a beef stew.

Last night, we treated ourselves to fried chicken from a local place called The Keg-- turns out it was buy-one-dinner-get-the-second-half-price night, too!

Tonight it's THIS Asian salmon recipe (minus the wasabi sauce), and THIS bok choy recipe (I use baby bok choy). We tried both back in February, and loved them. Short-grain brown rice on the side.
