Well, it offends me that I am one of

the older people offending the younger people.

I never imagined that my friends and I would one day be the gray-haired, saggy-eyed people of today. So everyone my age and older offends me!

I really get offended when asks me for help and when I give it, they don't bother to say thanks.
Oh, um... BTW... thanks!

I'm offended to learn (in another thread) that the word "discombobulated" is considered archaic. That's one of my favorite words!

Does the fact that I have favorite words provide you with enough to make fun of me? My DH seems to think it's pretty silly.

--Kat

Will DH be offended to know that I always translate that, "Doodle Head"?

Oooooo, Doodle Head! I may have my next term of endearment for DH!

--Kat

It's official. DH is offended by Doodle Head . I was soooo looking forward to it too!

Tell him that in Korny Greek, "Doodle Head" means "one of great intelligence, who is loving and kind, who offers gifts to his spouse, and receiveth unadulterated praise."

I am offended because I have been gone all day and neither one of my two friends noticed.

I'm offended that you didn't just jump in when you got back and bring Escher back up again. I comment on stuff that's pages past all the time.

That probably offends people.

As someone who has experienced almost paralyzing morning sickness during every pregnancy ... I'm offended the term "bring back up" was used when I've still got 2-3 weeks before my due date!!!

I am offended that an unceasing joke has somehow reached 34 pages.

I am now offended that I just contributed to it.

Betcha that when Phosadaud started this, she never imagined the responses or the number of them!

I didn't imagine that - especially the way it got started!

But you didn't offend me by betting. I am offended that betting was going on and no one told me about it so I could get in on the action...

Just kidding!

Oh, you're so sweet! Thank you! I did recently have my 59th birthday. Wow, that's scarily close to 60. I once said, when in my 40s, that I didn't want to live to be 62. Um -- changed my mind!!

RATS! I wanted to fake what the bets are up to, but I don't know enough about betting to do it! Oh, well!

oooooooooooooh, stella, I think I'm gonna post this in the "easily offended" thread...cause now you've hurt my feelings

I can't believe how offended I was! M'love and I drive small trucks (not making up for any lack...trust me) and a motorcycle. Bet stellaluna didn't plan of offending me with my morning coffee.

I'm offended that you thought a small truck meant lack of something when I was clearly talking about a large truck.

There's no truck smiley. And that offends me.

I was offended that someone thought that having the names "Dodge" and "Ram" on the same truck was a good idea.

Everyone knows rams are satanic...

I'm offended by that because everyone knows that when a ram is charging you, the best option is to dodge it. Duh!

The way I prevent that is to wear a couple of pork chops around my neck and both my two friends ALWAYS notice when I come back (Bowzer & Phideaux)!
