I am not offended by Kath.

I'm only marginally offended by humble, because my curiosity about his...condition...has made me curious.

That's ok... As long as you aren't offended...

And Dude - you could never offend me! And it offends me that you think I'd be offended.

I am offended irritated our new pastor is an OU fan.
I am offended distracted Beth Moore wore leather pants.
I am offended annoyed when people use the f word on blogs.
I am offended galled when people use the name of a female dog as their posse on plurk.

to offend :

1 a: to transgress the moral or divine law

None of the above really fall under the definition of offend.

I hope that my singing does not offend anyone.

I think that the song Ruby, Don't Take Your Love To Town can be offensive to some.

Sure wish I could say I originated it! It was a card. On the front of the buff-colored card was a line-drawing of about five stairs up to the porch of a house, and on the porch was the seal at the closed front door. Open it up, and it said, "You picked a fine time to leave me your seal."
