Hi everyone...I know there are more serious issues to pray for than what I'm about to ask, but if you could offer a quick prayer, I'd be thankful.
I teach art at a community college. Some years ago, I taught Art History, and I loved it. I worked SO HARD to prepare the materials for that course...staying up late so many nights. I got the course to a good place and looked forward to teaching it each semester.
To make a long story short, one day, I turned on the computer where all these materials were saved, and I found out the hard drive died. I wasn't too concerned, because I knew I had backed up the materials onto disk at one point.
The hard drive couldn't be saved, and I haven't found the disk, or hard copies of all my lectures. I've moved several times since the hard drive died. It's hard for me to accept that these materials are gone, and sometimes, I just can't feel a peace about the situation.
Please pray that I will find these teaching materials.
