This is a Letter I got from a friend this morning, i thought i would pass it on so everyone could be praying for Mike.

Hi Everyone,

Please pray for The Pillow Family. Mike Pillow, President of Lamp Music, was involved in a motorcycle accident last night. He is in ICU at Carrollton Hospital. I spoke to his wife, Rhonda, this morning and she said he had broken ribs, was banged up real bad, but what their main concern is he has a blood clot on his spleen. He could have other internal injuries also. She asked that everyone please pray for him.

They need a miracle!!!

Their 3 younger children don't know of the accident yet and Rhonda is going to tell them sometime today. So those of you who know the family, please don't say anything to the kids until their mom has time to tell them. Lets just pray!!! I am heading up to the hospital now and will update as soon as I know something.

I just saw Rhonda on Saturday and asked where Mike was. He was out riding his motorcycle! Wow.......

We all should be in earnest prayer for the entire Pillow family.

I'll try to call Rhonda's cell in a little while and check on them. I'll try to post an update later today if possible.

Will be praying for Mike, Rhonda and the family. Hope that everything will be ok with Mike. Just a couple of weeks ago Horace Garner from WBIE radio in the area was also in an accident.

I'm praying for Mike.

But I've gotta say, I am 100% opposed to motorcycles. They're just an accident waiting to happen. And it's not just the cyclist. A lot of motorists don't see or give the respect to the motorcycles that they should.

I spoke to Rhonda a little while ago. The earlier report is accurate. She was waiting for the kids to get there at that point and would be telling them sometime around noon.

Please continue to pray for Mike, Rhonda, & and the entire Pillow family. The next 24 - 48 hours will determine alot about the types of treatments that they will proceed with.

I told her that I wished that I could just be there to wrap my arms around her and make it be better. She said "You can........with prayer!" I urge you all to wrap them in prayer right now and for the next 48 hours especially.

I've been trying to get a hold of rhonda this afternoon with no prevail. I will be praying for brother mike and sister rhonda and the youngens. Mike is a great christian guy and loves the Lord.

Oh My! We just met Rhonda Sat in Austell and We will pray for her and her family. God is able through our Lord Jesus. Amen. I stand in agreement with all the brothers and sisters praying for him now. Please keep us informed

What devastating news. I know Mike and Rhonda, their entire family is being lifted before our Heavenly Father in prayer! They have a great "family" of artists who support them also. We know the Lord is with this very special family!

Will be praying for Mike and Rhonda. We got to know them real well when he was the mixing engineer for our project with Ricky Atkinson's resting place music group. My heart goes out to them and the kids.

I just tried to call Rhonda's cell phone and it goes straight to voicemail and says something to the effect that they appreciate all of the calls of support and most of all the prayers, etc...and that she will try to call as many people back as possible, etc....

You can only imagine that her phone must be ringing off the hook. She was so tired when I talked to her yesterday. Hopefully, she's getting a little rest.

If she calls me back I will post an update.

Keep praying! They need a miracle! Mike & Rhonda are such awesome people! I pray the best for his recovery.

Missy, Whenever you hear anything from Mike please keep us informed. Mike & Rhonda are such great people. Praying that God will heal Mike and he can get back to the studio. I know he was busy at this time of the year with NQC coming up in September.

Just received an e-mail from Vonda with Hope's Journey, She states that Mike has taken a trun for the worse from motorcycle accident and his kidneys are not functioning.
Take time to uplift Mike in your prayers.

Hey everyone I got another update from a friend ....

Hello All,

I have been on the phone with Rhonda, Mike's wife, and things are not looking very good right now. They have told her that Mike's organs are beginning to shut down. They have just put him back in ICU. Rhonda is "devastated" (in her own words).... PLEASE PRAY FOR Mike, Rhonda and their 4 sweet children.



She said to tell everyone she "loves them and to keep on praying"

We know that NOTHING is too hard for GOD!!!!

I got this this morning from a friend....

I have just spoken with Rhonda's sister (Rhonda has laid down and sleeping at the hospital right now). Mike had surgery early this morning. The doctor came out and spoke with the family about 5:30 am. He told them that Mike was bleeding from the spleen. He went in and repaired and was hopeful that Mike should start improving. He is still concerned about the kidneys. He told them the next 48 hours were critical ("touch and go" were his words). After hearing the doctor, Rhonda finally felt that she could lay down and rest which she is doing now (she hasn't slept since the accident). We feel the ray of hope starting to shine. So please keep the prayers coming.

I just spoke to Mike & Rhonda's young daughter. Rhonda was on another phone so maybe she'll call me back. The daughter (I think her name is Savannah - can't remember) said that Mike was showing improvements this morning even though he's still in ICU. She seemed very positive in the conversation.

She asked that we just keep praying. Pretty strong little girl for her age! I'm not sure how old she is but I know she's not a teenager yet. She sure shows a lot of faith! If Rhonda calls me back, I'll let you know more then. I told her to have Rhonda call if she got time but not to worry if she didn't. I'll bet her phone is ringing off the hook!
