I don't have a problem with it. I will say I respect Dave Mustaine for standing up for his beliefs and not touring with a Satanic band. But As I Lay Dying looks at it a different way and I see where they are coming from. How else are you going to minister to the lost, a Satanist is no more lost than a non Christian businessman or doctor. BTW: the link goes to a site where the comment section contains some vile anti- Christian messages. No biggie to me but I suspect some people who'll find this and click on the link will not want to see that stuff. Just trying to be helpful.

Good article. The author needs to learn to spell? A couple of times I had to decifer what was actually being said and I hope I didn't misinterpret something. Otherwise, I am proud of AILD, the bible says that the "word of the Lord will not return void" and any time you can spread the gospel is a good day. So I'll be praying for AILD to be able to continue in their walk with Christ. I know ministry probably isn't the main point of their music but their life actions reflect more on who they are than their music ever will. And dare I say they are more firm in their ability to minister to the lost than most pew sittin' bums on a Sunday and the local Cracker Barrell. EDIT- Only to add that the last line was to read: "pew sittin' bums on a Sunday AT the local Cracker Barrell." It works either way...sort of.

I always the order the chicken & dumplings with the hash brown casserol and green beans. Add the biscuits and sweet iced tea, and you have the perfect meal.

I usually get either the chicken-fried chicken or the country fried steak with the hashbrown cassarole, dumplings, and mashed potatoes and gravy. It is an eating establishment, usually found near the interstate, in which they make all the good country food we Southerners love. You can get fresh biscuits or cornbread, turnip greens, ham, grits, eggs, etc. They serve breakfast all day, or regular dinner and super food. They have fried catfish, the hashbrown cassarole, green beans, porkchops, etc. Basically all the things doctors tell you not to eat, although I doubt they make thier biscuits with lard, but they are still good. If you ever see one, stop and eat there. Trust me.

Usually they aren't chain restaurants except for the Bass Pro Shops Restaurant (for fish that is). Nothing like listening to AILD and Behemoth (at the same time) with a mouthful of fried catfish!!!!
