I saw that story a few days ago. I believe one of the police officers said that the moral compass of society is gone. What bothered me was that there were cars that stopped to look and then took off. Tf those two people hadn't call 911 I don't know if the man would have lived. Last I heard he is paralyzed.

God created the world and it was GOOD, not evil.

Yes, creation was good... Though man's heart is another matter...

This isn't the way "it's supposed to be".

Creation was made by God subject to vanity... So you might be wrong...

This world is the way we humans have made it through our sin. Or is it, in your opinion, God's will that we try to kill each other?

At times it has been God's will for people to kill other people...

It seems kind of cold-hearted in itself to make that kind of a statement.

It's called dealing with the reality of things...

Whose reality? Looking at your statement you have a very pessimistic view of God's created world! So why bother trying to right any of the wrongs of this world? Why try to stop abortion? It's reality, right? And the world is evil..... We are waiting for the next life anyway!

Its troubling that no one stood by him or attempted to check his vitals. I saw this video on O Reilly and he was outraged.

Toward the end of the video a man is shown directing traffic away from the injured man. O Reilly said someone should have moved him out of the street but from what little I know that would have been incredibly stupid as that can cause paralysis (which appears to have happened anyway unfortunately). Only trained personnel should ever moved a seriously injured person unless they are in imminent danger. The gentleman who directed traffic prevented that imminent danger from occuring.

If anyone passed by that knew CPR and didn't help they'll have to answer for it but if someone doesn't know CPR I don't think they should be attempting to save his life with no knowledge on what to do or how to do it correctly.

What the bystanders could have done (aside from calling 911 which two people did) is stood by him so he wouldn't have to suffer alone. I think its entirely possible that many of the passers by just didn't know what to do.

This video is very upsetting to me but things aren't always black and white. If you don't know what you're doing its probably better to just stand there and offer your support, comfort and prayers. Unless another car was about to hit him, then by all means move him. Whether he is paralyzed or not is moot if he is dead.

Just my two cents. I cannot believe that O Reilly thought someone should move him. The cars were avoiding him well enough and a man was directing traffic away from him so .. well anyway carry on.
