Mr. Johnson, How are things going over there in AL. We didn't get much of that wind that you were supposed to be sending out way. We had a nice rain all day yesterday and a few sprinkles today. That's the type of rain we need. Don't need that wind as it takes down to many trees around here. Trees have suffered from drough and are easily blown over because of poor root system.

Freemans singing Happy Birthday was the best part yet. You're observant to remember them being my favorite group. Am enjoying the cake, ice cream, and flowers. What kind of flowers are they? (Botany was not my best subject.)

James, we'll wait for you. I doubt you'll make it in time for dinner but maybe for dessert. We'd planned to make meatloaf but my sister called and they're running late so they may make stroganoff instead.

if talking to me Kathy I wanna cry. wow she hammered me today. I saw $$$$$$$$$ leave with that 500 but I saw the site of photographer and just a sample of the pic. well, Dad will be proud. wanted to ask you Kathy. when we met in January at Tony's, you said you had picked up The Barbarian Way by McManus. did you ever get around to reading it? curious as to your thoughts on it
