I'll explain it a bit more I guess. Let's just say God was "foolish", he would still be wiser than us, let's also say that God was "weak", he's still stronger than us! Awesome!

Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called [1 Cor. 1:24–26].

Some folk like to give emphasis to the prominent folk who have accepted Christ—the entertainment greats, the leaders in industry, and the prominent in government. But God majors in average people. He is calling simple folk like you and me.

The Lord Jesus Christ might have appeared to be weak and foolish while He hung on that Cross in total humiliation and rejection (to say nothing of the intense sufferings of His body, soul, and spirit).

However, during those dark hours on the Cross, He was destroying the power of the Devil, as well as the power of Sin, Hell, and Death. He was reconciling us to God while He appeared to be a common criminal.

This is a great truth, in that our humiliation and rejection at the hands of others may indeed be an manifestation of God's power working in us. The martrydom of the apostles was another manifestation of God's "foolishness" and God's "weakness".

The Cross is to those who are not saved foolish. but to those who have believed, it is the power of God and the wisdom of God. The logic of God is the illogic of men.
