I'll play Ed... I'll be chocolate amaretto cheesecake. It's cheesecake, it's chocolate, it's liquor, what more could you ask for? Although I suppose I'd have to admit that sometimes I'm a little more tart, like a lemon glazed cheesecake... but that's only when I haven't had cheesecake for a long time- that can make me a bit testy, ya know?

And re:cheesecake flavors...it's hard to discriminate and pick any ONE flavor....they're all just sooo good. Turtle, chocolate peanut butter, NEWYORK style, strawberry keylime...

Pumpkin cheesecake is surprisingly tasty. I kinda figured it would be good, but it's better than I expected it to be.

You know I have never really liked Pumpkin Pie. And I suspect it is because I have only had it made out of canned Pumpkin. I just might like it if I had a Pumpkin Pie made out of fresh Pumpkin. After all I do like Squash, when it fresh..And Pumpkin is like a Squash.

I visited a church today, in the city where I grew up and they were having a potluck. And they had two kinds of cheesecake. I had a piece of each.
