But, now in my mid-40's, I recognize that [cheesecake] is a recipe for a heart attack and clogged arteries. I almost never eat cheese cake... it is about the most unhealthy thing you can put in your mouth in terms of saturated fat and cholesterol.
granted there is some calcium, but still cheesecake is not healthy ...

So I gather from what you're telling us is that Cheesecake is actually a guilty pleasure for you, and therefore you're too intimidated to admit you like it. Now I understand!

Hey Ed I took a look at your myspage. First off we are the same age. Second Jeff Deyo was just in Hawaii. He gave a Big consert at my church (I did go to because I did not have a ride) he also sang during the the 9:00, 11:00 and 6:00 services.

that's cool saraimay75. i saw the 75 in your username and wondered if that was the year you were born. jeff deyo is so amazing, we all love him here. he has played the last two years at the state-wide youth convention and is such an amazing worship leader. i highly recommend his surrender and unveil cd to everyone. i don't think he's kinda under rated, not so well known. i don't know what could be better than jeff deyo in hawaii, lol. our last youth pastor chauffered him and his band around town that weekend, and said that jeff is so real too and not phony. do you have a myspace?
