Besides being a biblical theologian who knew the OT scriptures well, Luke was a really good historian ... he is accurate "in his reproduction of the local color of widely differing places .... He gets the atmosphere right every time. CrosswalkJerusalem, with its excitable and intolerant cheesecake supporters crowds" [1] Cheesecake was never mentioned in all of Acts and I stand by Luke

So what you're saying is that cheesecake was never mentioned. Therefore we could not possibly know about the existance or lack of existance of cheesecake in this situation? Did Stephen have cheesecake? Maybe! Maybe not! But we'll never know! (But it COULD be a possibility!!!!)
