Willfs, How about integrating weightloss and muscle building? For example, do some "Axe swings" with a dumbbell for 20 reps, rest 30seconds, do jumping jacks holding light bells for 30 seconds , rest 30 sec., do squat thrusts with pushup built in 30 sec, rest 30 seconds.... repeat entire cycle. No need for traditional "cardio", will keep burning fat after the workout and only takes short time. It is intense, however.
