Who will win tommorow in Pennsylvania Will it be Obama, or Hillary. How big the margin do you think ? will win by, a huge margin or very narrow. Do you think the loser should drop out? Do you think the loser will? Will anything be decided? Cannot wait to see who pegs it the best.[8D]

Jhud -> RE: Who do you think will win tommorow? (4/21/2008 10:27:30 PM)

Hilllary will win by at least ten points, but still won't have nearly the number required to even get close to topping Obama - the slug fest will continue.

Darn. [;)]

...yep...and more opportunities for switching even more Republicans in N. Carolina, Indiana, W. Virgina and Kentucky. :p

Since Jan. 1, more than 178,000 people in Pennsylvania have changed their party affiliations, and 92 percent of them have gone from Republican or independent to Democrat.

Some 4.2 million Democrats are eligible to vote in Tuesday's presidential primary, and the Pennsylvania Department of State predicted Monday that turnout could be as high as 50 percent.

That does not help with the question. Who do you think will win? The bets are being cast. Lets see who knows what they are talking about (LOL)

Light...I was agreeing with the poster who stated Clinton will win by 10 points....though I don't bet on elections :)

I'm going out on a limb and predicting Clinton wins by at least 15-20%. When you have two candidates who are as close as these are on the issues, it all boils down to who you like the most. Clinton has gotten a lot of mileage out of the "bitter so they cling to.." speech, reminding voters what an avid hunter, fisherman and drinker she is, so she relates to them more than that uppity..I mean, elitist Obama.

Clinton will win, but by less than 10 points.

She will spin it as a great showing, since she won, but she will pick up no more than 10 delegates. Meaning she will get less than 10 more than Obama, obviously she will get more than 10 total delegates today.

I think it will be a close race despite the polls and IMO Obama may just squeek out a win. [8D]

This is the closest race between two candidate of ANY party that there has been in a long time and its good to see more citizens engaged in the political process. If you think things are bad now, wait until a candidate has been decided and the Republican go after him/her. It will Clinton and Obama look like the best buddies. [:D]

I don't think Hillary will give up no matter what happens tonight, even an Obama win.

Apparently, Obama didn't win as big as expected in Philadelphia. I heard that in Philly, it's legal for candidates to give out "street money" to locals to go out and pretty much buy votes. Obama had said that he wasn't going for that, and some of the black "movers and shakers" in Philly who had expected that money, were offended.

Well thats good on Obama's part, that is an evil thing to do. Funny money! Though I believe black people, just did not vote Obama just because he is black. AA are smart, educated, as much or more than some whites, and I think, they used thier minds not emotions. Good for them. Though a Hillary victory is nothing to cartwheels over for sure.

You sure did.

Now a month ago when Hillary was up by 20 points, all the pundits said she had to win by at least 15 percent....

Either way she is finished. The math just doesn't add up. She can't win the popular vote nor a majority of the delegate count with the states that are left. And there's no way the DNC is going to have a candidate who lost the popular vote take the nomination. All the remaining talk is just political pundits trying to fill air space....

I wasn't far off, I said single diigits, but a net pickup of no more than 10 delegates. Right now it's 75/65 with 18 more to be allocated. When all is said and done, it will be right around a 10 delegate gain.
