I would run 300 consequitive 100 million dollar lotteries.

I would pay my tithes to several Churches. Build wells in poor countries. Buy alot of meds and pass them out. Food of course. Move everyone that wanted to leave US, I would pay for them, buy them houses in any country they wanted.

HUMM...... How much do I got left, gotta think about the rest.
