ORIGINAL: lightshineon Thanks so much for information, I hope surgery goes well tommorow Grace an Mercy. One question is does it lift the girls up? Alot, or change the shape ( hoping). When I was in the childbearing days, my first DD was born with her nose stopped up. She could not breastfeed, or would not, it smothered her my breast size. I did my second, but always felt envious of those women who could just cover the baby with recieving blankent, and no one new better. I also have cystic breast, more at times, before cycle, I wonder how that will effect the surgery? Well, I'm six-weeks post surgery and things are going well. The swelling has gone down and the shape has stayed the same, and I think it looks very natural. As far as the lift, oh yeah! They're just now beginning to drop ever so slightly -- if I had a husband, he would be pleased. Was this worth it? Absolutely!! I did have some complications, but the Lord was good and now it's over and it's as if nothing had ever happened! [:)] It's only six weeks since the surgery and I have almost full range of motion with my arms and I am beginning to lift heavier bags of groceries (but still being careful). And I'm putting lotion on the scars once or twice a day... any lotion I like. The doctor said Mederma wasn't any better, though it's more expensive. Overall, I'm getting back to normal at home and at work.
