Hope you don't mind, Sarah, but I'm reviving your idea. I got more done in the day, when we had this thread.

Today, I need to:

make bed
clear couch
feed sister the 3 meals
vacuum my room and my sister's room
go to gym
wash at least the exterior of my car

don't mind at all...the other one was getting long.

well, I didn't put what we/I needed to do...but now I can put what we did.....
we cleaned.....every room.....dusted everything (we can actually see in the tv now!!! it's amazing how many finger prints build up there so fast!!!)...vacuumed. Hubby even moved the stove and swept and mopped under there (YUCKO...you do NOT even want to know!!!).
Left for today is just little stuff that doesn't necessarily have to be done today (putting some things up in storage, etc). The kids friend is coming back to play with them in a few minutes...hubby is going to bbq some hot dogs (and hopefully he can go get some burgers too cause hot dogs don't sound too good today)

Alright. I avoided the last thread like the plague because I was being lazy but I am going to jump back in now. When I post my to do list I always feel obligated to get it all done and I have been lazy lately. No more! I will try and post reasonable to do lists in the morning and not come back on the computer until at least half is done. That is my resolution.

This afternoon Mary and I are going to:

wash sheets on our bed
make cheeseburger casserole
vacuum
tidy house

here we go!

Well, last time, I got everything on my list done, except making the bed, because I realize my sheets needed washing.

Here is today's list:

Get off of this bed, get in the shower, get dressed
feed sister breakfast
unload/load dishwasher
put a hole in the mound of laundry
clear couch
give sister bath
go to gym(which is closing May 1 waa)
feed sister lunch/dinner
vacuum sister's room
figure out details of my new health insurance
Try to stay off CW during the day(I'm getting too addicted).
straighten up mess
clean bathroom/iron

-pay credit card bill
-sweep floors
-bake muffins
-do laundry at the laundromat (hopefully 3 loads will cover us for the week)

I'm really dragging my feet this morning. I decided that I will do my relaxing/emailing now while Mary naps and then when we get home from her doctor's appointment we will clean like crazy! My parents are coming for a visit! My dad hasn't been to my house yet (he can't take time off work) and we have lived here for almost two years so I am very excited, it is also giving me a little extra incentive to get my house nice and clean.

Here is our to do list:
-clean sheets! I keep forgetting our sheets and now they really need to be changed.
-completely clean living room (tidy, organize, get everything out that doesn't need to be there)
-make dinner (still don't know what that is yet...)
-take Mary for a walk in our new stroller! (only if I get my list done)

this morning we did a quick clean (wasn't much to do)...this afternoon I had to go do the yucky blood glucose test at the hospital...just got back from that. Now I have to get the salmon out of the freezer...and relax so that hopefully this headache will GO AWAY!!!!! Oh yeah...and I've been working on laundry all day (and last night)...went through all the girls drawers and Jack's drawers and pulled out all the winter stuff and stuff too small for them to wear now.

last night hubby changed all the sheets for me, so that's one down!!!!

my goals today and tomorrow are to get the whole place back into as clean as possible status because Paul has knee surgery on thursday (and neither of us will want to deal with cleaning that day). So in order to take a day off, it has to be really clean.

I got yesterdays list completely finished (yay!) so hopefully I can carry on my productiveness to today!

Here is my list:
-shower
-make shepard's pie for dinner
-scrub my kitchen
-wipe down glass coffee tables and end tables
-go for a walk! It rained yesterday and we couldn't go
-clean laundry room

Hmm, that looks like a lot. Hopefully it gets done.

That was Monday, and I did everything, except the gym, the bathroom, and ironing.

I did make it to the gym today, and had a good workout. I also ran some errands. My mom, bless her, gave me a day off from my sister today. I think she knew I needed it. I also did THIS.

I've had a couple bad nights. I can sleep, but not with hubby's snoring. Do you know that the couch and futon are not good sleeping areas? I'm really dragging this morning.

Here is what I can think I need to do today:
Fold laundry (and put away)
Wash whites
walk
supper
dishes
sew (finish pants, start shirt)
nap

happy dance time .......I have NO laundry in the entire house to do!!!!! (Well, unless I want to.....I could wash all the extra blankets and Jake's blanket, but it isn't needed today...it will be in the next week though). Oh, well, also excluding that half load of bleach whites that I hesitate to wash yet because it's a half load (if it weren't a bleach load I would wash it now, but I don't like doing that with bleach loads...lol...weird). Other then that, I have NOTHING!!!!!!! I guess now I can start on the rugs that need it and stuff that has been on the back burner so to speak for laundry (stuff that needs to be packed up soon like the jackets and scarves, etc). Last night I washed all the baby clothes for the upcoming little one...it's in the dryer now, so I will need to fold and put that away. I even washed all the clothes the kids wore yesterday!!!! Oh wait....I probably spoke too soon....I forgot to check where hubby's laundry pile is...he may have a load. Oh well, I will wait til tomorrow on his cause he will need to wash the uniform he is wearing right now too.

today....clean up, vacuum, etc...get ready for Paul's surgery tomorrow....and make sure IF he needs to use the crutches he can get through every room....lol...yeah, like he's actually gonna use them.....ROFLOL!!!!

Oh-oh! New Plan In my general tidy of my morning routine I got a little carried away...Dave & I managed to move our big monster of a couch so I could vacuum under and behind it and let me tell you, that was an eye opener! There was cereal that I hadn't had in this house in months under there!! Anyway...Dave had to go to work, so the couch and all the rest of the furniture is all caddiwampus and I have to wait for him to get home tonight to fix it. But that's okay, it will take me all day to put away everything Jack & Riley piled into their fort (R's closet) while we were dealing with the couch....

Good for you on the laundry, Sarah! dancing with you...all over my crazy mixed up furniture! I will be praying for Paul and the Dr.'s & nurses tomorrow.

-Complete morning routine

-clean out purse
