How much do you love your spouse?

Can you come up with one thing every day for an entire month that you love about them that you can focus on for that day in showing them (and telling them) that you love that aspect of them?

How about let's try.....what do you love about your spouse TODAY that you are willing to tell them you love about them?

I love the way Will can make me laugh. He has a wicked dry sense of humor and I adore him for it.

I love how my husband emails me daily just to let me know he loves me and hopes I have a good day!

I love Paul's thoughtfulness in the little things. He was up early this morning for work and made himself coffee, and left it warming for me for when I woke up. He also left the Bible open on the table where he had been reading, because he wanted me to read there too [:)]

I love how protected and safe I feel when Paul is home (or even just around...as in not deployed). I sometimes get annoyed that he locks me in the house sometimes (cause he is addicted to locking the door and I am NOT)...but it is something that makes me feel warm and secure too. Weird how the little annoying things can sometimes be the things we hold onto also.

I love how my husband takes care of me, by doing the "yucky stuff". Last night our drain pipe from the washer was clogged and caused the laundry dump cycle to run over, he stopped watching his tv show (the only time that day he stopped working) and spent time clearing it out, and didnt even ask me to help because it smelled bad and he didnt want me in it. Now I feel bad, I forgot to thank him and tell him how much I DID appreciate it.

Thanks for starting this thread today...It is very timely. This morning I woke up with a moster headache. It was a tough morning to get the kids going and ready for school. Usually Joe is at his men's Bible study on Wed. mornings, but today he had stayed home just to spend time with the kids before school. That meant that I ended up leaving with the kids before he left for work....Anyway, all of this to say that I love that he leaves me random notes in random places. When I got home from dropping off the kids, I opened the garage door, and there was a note taped to the back door that reminded me he loved me. Just what I needed today[:)]

Oooooh what a good idea! I am going to do this too for Lorne. He loves fresh cookies and milk after a long day at work and especially coming back from the gym. [:D]

I love that my man is a such a great provider and hard worker. I am so thankful that he does this because it in turns allows me to stay home to raise our son.

I love how committed he is at work. He has been quite sick with a cold/flu. It is not in his nature to call in sick. I must confess that I nagged him into taking a sick day. I was very pleased that he actually spent the day in bed. Normally he would have accomplished things around the house or been on the computer doing stuff for our business but he really did just rest, relax and recover. I am very grateful because everyone in the house has been sick with this except me and I was worried that I would catch it so the sooner he gets well the less my chances of getting it. He was sick pretty much all last week and just wouldn't slow down. So while I am very appreciative of his hard working nature I am glad he knows when to stop working and take care of himself or at least let me take care of him.

I love how my husband told his brother the other night how much he loves our kids and realises he needs to spend more time with them and has actively been trying ways each night when he gets home to pay them some attention.

When I'm sick, she makes me hot soup and gives me space... IE: a quite house without kids.
When she's sick, I do the same. This week she's had several tumors removed from her hand. After a neighbor takes the kids to school, I bath and wash her hair before heading out to work. We are each other's crutch...

Have you actually tried to write them down?

I am in the process of writing down a list of all the ways I think my wife is beautiful and why I love her. I email her one item each day from work.

So far i am at #19. my goal is 100+

I love my husbands sunny disposition. People regularly ask me if he is happy like that all the time. He pretty much is. It is very contagious. I don't think I would be as cheerful as I am if I lived with someone else.

I love that my husband is so emotionally open. He doesn't mind sharing his deepest feelings with me at all. And even though he's not always as aware of what's going on inside, since I don't think men spend as much time analyzing their feelings as women do [:D], he really does his best. If he's feeling a certain way but can't explain why, he'll take some time to think about it and then come tell me when he figures it out. It has helped our marriage so much to be able to always share our feelings and discuss what's going on with us emotionally, instead of bottling it up or just avoiding the issue.
