Hi Mike and Pam! Its good to be friday. Considering I have to work for 3 hours today, then its off to a concert. (I've had the past two days off because I was sick).

Oh, I hope you're feeling better, Terri. Last Saturday, I had to sing a concert with a migraine! Fortunately, the very worst of it had passed, but it was still lingering. Not fun.

Hi everyone! 
Terri, I hope you feel better fast!! The weekend is about to start, you know. 
Mikey, wow, I wish your back would stop hurting. Are you going to get out the classifieds this weekend? As part of my routine, my chiro gave me some exercises to help keep my back flexible, which has helped a lot. Of course the adjustments help too. He said I should also be doing sit ups.
Sit ups??? 
Yeah, I guess he's right. Now I just gotta start doing them.

I feel better. I'm going to see Daniel Kirkley and Jaime Jamgochian its the "Moments of Worship" Tour. Daniel is actually from my hometown.
I've gotta run though. W*** is calling.
