Hi Everyone!!!

Sorry I've been few and far between signing on.....so here goes.

No, I haven't gotten rid of "creeping charlie" yet... he is alive and thriving well.

OH well... guess God made him too.

Sharon's right... I HAVE been spending a lot of time outside enjoying seeing things come to life and flowers coming up. Have planted a few things indoors to get ready to plant when the weather is safe...probably AFTER Danielle's wedding...

Which, has also been taking a bit of time planning and preparing... among other things. We painted our living room...now it's beautiful even though we have some touch ups to do yet. Three walls are a version of "tan" and one wall is a version of "marroon"....it's just beautiful!

Then last weekend we had Craig's dad's surprise 80th bday party which was a HUGE success!! Before that came Craig and I spent a lot of time getting a video made for it.

Lots of stuff keeping me busy...but not buidling an ark yet.

Tonight I weeded one of the flower beds. Tomorrow I have a meeting that will keep me out late. Friday I will be picking up my grandkids after work for one night....have to take them home Saturday night since we have a commitment on Sunday...but it will be good to have them. Feel like I don't get to see them NEARLY enough.

OK...the dryer just called my name. It says it kinda weird, like "bzzzzzzzzz"...but I know it's language.

You know what I like about message boards - you learn such neat facts that just slip out in conversation. For example - who knew that Sheila spoke a second language.

I myself can speak toddler / speech impediments fairly well but I'm only about 75% fluent. However, I can't speak preteen/teenager AT ALL.

I would think you could speak Sheila's language, too, according to your name! Maybe you two should work in an apiary (well, not really IN it!!! Ouch!). What say? Hey, don't tell me to buzz off!

Maggie!! Another snow storm!!???

I came home and was probably a little overly excited about seeing leaves starting on the lilac bushes and trees in the lawn that weren't there just last night!! NO MORE WHITE!!! Green is much prettier right now!!

I'm SO looking forward to getting my grandkids tomorrow!!!

Yeah another. But we got off easy. Calgary got aboaut 14 inches of snow and where ds3 is right now, in Saskatchewan, the temps are about -10F.

Well... the weekend plans fell though. The kids were sick and Angela wasn't feeling well either.
I will have to find a time to reschedule.

But on the bright side the trees, grass and fields are getting greener by the day. I know maybe I am weird, but it's just so exciting to see everything coming back to life.

I like seeing the green show up too. I noticed today that under the snow, the grass is starting to turn green.

It's called "Miracle Grow", Joy.

There are many that are already full grown!!!

I wasn't able to get my grandkids.... they were sick. So... a friend and I went to a movie instead. Since it was so windy and cold yesterday it's probably a good thing that I have to reschedule with the grandkids...we wouldn't have been able to play outside anyway.

We are having typical Wisconsin weather. Last week we were in the 60s and now we are back down in the 30s this morning.

I think by Wednesday or Thursday it's spose to be warmer again.
