Good to hear I won't be taking another trip to the pokey... They let me out last time but who knows what would happen a second time...

Here's a little present for you Qtman...

Then next time you hear that Christmas song "Chest-nuts roasting on an open fire...."

Insert these lyrics instead...

"Tick-et writer, you're a motor cop...."

Tons of fun to be had there.

Ever hear the version: "Chipmunks roasting on an open fire...."

------------

Sam - I learned something from a cop yesterday. We had a bunch of leftover donuts from Sunday and one of the officers who attends our church stopped by to drop off a reimbursement request. He saw the donuts and asked the gals out front if he could have one. He then proceeded to explain that they weren't donuts - they were PASTRIES therefore no one could tease him...

I agree with that officer completely. I never eat donuts. I only eat little round glazed cakes with a hole in the middle.

Quiet is good.

Very True!

It's music in its purist form: without lyrics or instruments.

Agreed...

Make it so #1.

My husband says that to me all the time...

See? I learn something new everyday! I would have never known that it's not donuts that I'm addicted to it's pastries and round glazed cakes with a hole in the middle... Well, actually, my favorites aren't round and they don't have holes in the middle, but that's beside the point...

Yesterday in doctor's waiting room I read an article that eating apples would wake you up better than coffee, so I'm dropping off some apple-flavored coffee and some coffee-flavored apples for any of you who need waking up later this morning.

I did read that and hubby and I came to a conclusion it may be true:
For about 5 months I've been taking my pills in applesauce first thing in mornings , then have my coffee and I am "dead-headed" for about 5-10 minutes versus it was normally 10-20 minutes.

Good Morning! It was storming here last evening so I had to unplug the puter from everything.
We got some much needed rain and I read where we can expect more of the same this evening. Bring it on!

[_]} [_]} [_]} [_]} Coffeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Well, its starting to warm up around here -- kind of muggy, actually and we are expecting more thunderstorms (no, Lioness, I personally did not start them -- but wouldn't that we a cool job to have?). So, I will set out some tea and ice and sugar (you'all can put your own sugar or sweetner in it -- I don't know how much to use) and some diet sodas.

No ice, no sweetener in mine, please. Thank you.

And Beloved, thank you for changing your avatar. I was battling my sense of humor on that other one. Every time you posted my humor was saying "There's Beloved Owlhead."

Okay, we have the idea & we have the attorney to handle any paperwork.
Now if we can find someone enterprising and smart enough to develop it, we can form a corporation and get rich

I'm afraid to click on this one. I'm afraid it's a link for monkey beans or something.

I don't remember seeing it on the site, but I honestly think some of the best coffee I ever had was from NYC (a friend brought it back so don't know the brand) and it was chocolate raspberry. It was awesome!

The best coffee I ever had was butter rum. I bought some from some coffee place a friend found for me on the web and it wasn't that good. But a roaster in Omaha does sell it so I may order from them. That is who our local coffee hut gets their coffee.

That's great! Like I said our local coffee hut uses their coffee so I know it's good. I had a cup called Jazzy Java that was wonderful and I plan on buying some.
