Books and Bibles and teachers and friendships and discipleship and training in ministry. Father, we remember the widows today. Those that have lost their husband or who have been abandoned and forgotten. Those women who faithfully serve you and who work diligently to provide for their children, who continue to minister to their neighbors as they are able. You see them, You know the hardship they face each day, you hear the cry of their heart, you acknowledge their faith and their humility and their sacrifice. We ask that you would bless them today. Meet the deepest needs of their heart, bring peace to their thoughts and remove every voice of torment that causes them to fear or to doubt that you have great blessing planned for them and for their children. Encourage the heart and mind and soul of the widows Father, bring refreshing, pour an abundance of your love upon them and fill their lives with voices that assure them that they are loved and not forgotten. We love you Father. There is nothing too great that you cannot do, nothing so dark that you cannot shine your light into. There is a world full of darkness and evil... but God has come to this world, and there is Hope and Healing and Light by your grace and your love -- a love beyond our understanding, a love that forgives every sin, that cleanses every heart, and renews every mind. Call to the lost Father, let them hear your voice, let the Spirit of God speak thru your people and your Word. Draw the lost to salvation, out of the darkness, revival has come to India and it spreads around the world this very moment. We praise you Lord that you have not forsaken us in our sin, but you have made a way for us to be forgiven and restored to fellowship with you as your children. Father we pray for the children of all who minister in India and around the world, the children of those that know you as Lord and Savior. We ask that you keep your hedge about them in every way. That the Word of God, that precious seed, would not be stolen from them. We ask that you would make their way sure and their faith strong, that they would be unshaken and unmovable in their faith in Jesus Christ and all that you have said in the Scriptures. Make your word readily available at all times, no matter what situation they may find themselves in. And give them the skill and the wisdom to wield it like a sword as they battle in prayer and against spiritual forces. Cause a hunger to rise up in them and let your word be a healing balm, a satisfying feast to their souls and their minds. Help our children, your children, to know you personally according to your wisdom and your mercy... not just by our testimony... but fill their lives and their hearts and their minds with a great cloud of witnesses, and most importantly with the witness of your Spirit. You can speak to them in those deep places, you can walk with them and guide them and protect them and fulfill every good work inwardly and outwardly in them. We ask that it be so, in the name of Jesus.

We ask that you help the parents of those children in India and around the world, that you would help us as parents, to trust our children to you Lord and no other. We ask that you would make us strong and full of courage as our children step out in faith, as they enter into ministry and into all that you are calling them to perform in your name. Help us to hold on to them in ways that are for their benefit according to your perfect will... but help us to let go of them as we hand the reigns of their accountability over to you and them. Help us to be good parents in the receiving and training of our children, and help us to be good parents in our releasing them to you as you call them forth. Bless the families in India Father. As they are threatened with bodily harm, as their families are persecuted, as their churches are vandalized... make a way of escape, a way of provision, a way for them to endure such hardship for the glory of Christ. We pray that you would move upon the heart of the majority in that nation and cause them to speak out against such injustice that is being committed against the dalits and Christians. Father make it so that those in power who are looking the other way, who wink at the cruelty and injustices being committed, make it so that they cannot look away. Make it so that they cannot sleep, let the faces of the persecuted haunt them, let their own sin become a heavy weight, until they resolve to stand against evil. Help them to see people and not a caste system. Remove all prejudice, all discrimination, give them dreams and an understanding of what it feels like to be treated so viciously and to be left with no hope in their communities. And let it be a fire in their bones to change the unchangeable, so that people are free to worship and follow Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Help them to see the beauty of our faith, help them to be moved by the good done in the name of our Lord. Give them revelations of Truth, of Hope, of Joy that comes only from our God. In the name of Jesus.

India cries in the darkness. Your people suffer and endure much to shine your Light into that nation, into their communities, among their homeland. Let the poor and the widow and the orphan rejoice, let them know the love of Christ. Let the rich and the powerful and the upper caste be overwhelmed by your mercy and your wisdom. Soften their hearts. Move in the judicial systems, in the police, among the army... raise up individuals who will boldly defend the people of God. Make a place of safety for them, a place of refreshing, and provision. Lead them thru the darkness that chokes their nation in this hour. And lead them to the light, lead them by your Holy Spirit, thru the ministry of your people. Look upon India Father, and the World, come to the aid of your people as they serve. Look into their hearts and meet the deepest needs. They need you so desperately, they need your Hope, to be reminded of your goodness and that you have a plan to bless them. Speak to your people in India and speak thru them to the world. Let the name of Jesus Christ be lifted up so that all men may come unto him. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
