Hi couer... does your id mean "heart of (something)" is leon the river?

Heart of the Lion or Lion-Heart.

Several applications....

I am fearless. For God has not given us a spirit of fear.

God is the Lion of Judah and He has my heart

I love history and Richard, CoeurdeLeon is a very fascinating historical figure.

You're doing better than me, Popsi. I never had any French to go bad.

Good Morning, y'all.

{{{Jeannie}}} May our Lord absolutely wrap you in His Comfort.
You've got a lot going on right now. God Bless you abundantly.

One of my favorite verses in Chris Tomlin's "Indescribable" goes "Who has told every lightning bolt where it should go? Or seen heavenly storehouses laden with snow?" What a great picture that conjures in my mind!
Talk about majesty and beauty! Wow.

And JoiseyBoy . . . from Chris Tomlin to Grace Slick?!
I love the eclecticness.

Jeanie, I know what you mean about not liking it when God uses your finances to remind you that He's in control. That's where I am right now.

You should see my music library some time. With almost 300 vinyl albums and probably just as many cd's, there's a lot of range.

Finances? Doncha need money to have finances? I'm too broke to pay attention! And I just found out yesterday that I'm going to have a root canal on Monday. What fun! $2000 more in debt. Good thing there's no more debtor's prison.

posting blind to a single post and then skimming the rest of the thread because I don't have time to catch up....

Popsi ... I know how you feel. I'm on my 5th winter sans-snow and it's hard. I lived in Colorado for 23 years and then moved to Cali. I MISS SNOW!!! I can see it if I venture to teh mountains or the Thanksgiving I drove back to Colorado. But other than that, no snow for me. I really miss the snow. And I don't get to teh beach nearly often enough to make up for it.

I haven't moved and I still haven't seen a significant snowfall in three or four years. Last year it didn't snow at all. I felt like Calvin sitting on his sled waiting.

I've never experienced real snow. As much as I'd love to, I think my body would prefer me staying warm so I don't end up freezing myself through to the bone.

Normally I'd agree, but when you have fibromyalgia, the cold temperatures really make you suffer. That I can do without. What a shame though.

I love the snow too. I hope to at least drive to see some this winter.
There is just something so peaceful about softly falling snow. I love it. It is one of the few things that make me feel like a kid again.
