Good morning and Happy Independence Day everyone! For those who aren't aware (and care), there's a Twilight Zone marathon on the SciFi channel. That's where I am today!

Good morning Christi, Pammy and Jeannie! I've been on forums for just over a couple of hours now and haven't made a whole lot of headway, although I have read a real lot of individual threads. I haven't eaten breakfast yet and do need to do some food shopping. I will probably head out shortly to go get something from the store and then rest at some point also. I hope everyone is having a great day so far!

Hiya Steve and Sharon! The clock just struck 12PM here, so it is now noon. I am tired, I am ready for a nap!

This may be bad advice, Sharon, but I say go for it. Take care of yourself. As for me, you know, there's something to be said for being a couch potato, at least occasionally. This is so much fun! I'm actually considering a nap too, but then I'd miss some shows. Boy, do I have a dilemma!

Hey Sharon-Marie, I just looked at the Jackson Hole Town Square and it looks like a parade. There are a lot of people on the street. I love visiting that site. Maybe I can go there some day.

Pam, if the marathon runs till midnight, you might be able to catch some on repeat even if you nap. 'Cause it will repeat. LOL! I have watched too many marathons. LOL! Thank you for your words about just lazin' out. I think that's what I have decided to do. I however am watching some Alfie Hitchcock. Verigo is on right now, but I'm not that committed to that particular movie.

Happy 4th y'all! SM, I thought of you last night. I was watching a show on PBS about the National Parks and they were at the Jackson Lake Lodge......I soooo want to go there now! It was just breathtaking. But you already know that. They also went to Denali State Park.....awesome! Their cabins (and outhouses - yeah, no plumbing or electricity, but still pretty nice) all have a view of Mt. McKinley. I want to go there too. An outhouse with a view, who could ask for more.

I went in and did that little publication I normally do on Saturday and I was back home at 8. Now I am getting a little "drowsy". I call it that, with "some" legitimacy, but really, I just don't want to get into much of anything today. Hope that changes though. I could really do some catch up if I would just get moving. *yawn* I did end up taking a 2 hour nap, then I went to my usual diner to see if they were open and get some brunch if they were. I was actually surprised to see them open! I ate pretty big but wasn't overly stuffed at all. I am noticing that more and more places are open during the 4th of July than used to be. I remember when just about everything used to be closed today instead!
