The favor was trike-related.
He saw me walking one day and asked me why I never rode my trike, so I told him (we had never actually "met" until that point). He said he'd fix my tire for me.
And of which he really tried 3 times to do, but the tube was majorly damaged. I had already bought 3 new tires and tubes online. My landlords came up least week for a vacation and rented a house near me. The husband changed all 3 tires and tubes . . . they got brownies also  . . . and then, they in turn, gave me 1/4 of a butter pound cake. Oy. LOL!
But Lawn Man really did try to fix my tire for me; and the effort counts for A LOT! So he "earned" brownies as well. Actually, he and his assistant both earned (and received) brownies.
What does he look like? LOL! That took me a couple of read-throughs to figure out why you were asking me that!
(A) He's not my "type" (either physically or in other ways);
(B) I'm not looking.
OK . . . what's in the brownies?
Well, I'll tell ya . . . I stopped baking marijuana brownies a long time ago. 
I think I've probably baked 2 batches (1, definitely) in my lifetime; and that was in my early 20's.
BTW . . . pot brownies are not that great to eat; it's like eating hay.
But getting high from brownies is much more escalated than getting high from smoking a joint.
Just in case anyone wanted to know my opinion on that.
THESE brownies (as in today) had chocolate chips in them.
There. How'd I do with the answers?
Isn't it wonderful to know that I've got an answer for everything? 
Oh and btw, "Senior Moment," my left foot.

Oops, I see that I called him Lawn Boy instead of Lawn Man. Sorry, for some reason I thought he was very young.
Never had any special brownies before. I did, however, drink like a fish in my 20s. Can you even imagine?
