Carlee, I just said a prayer for you. I just read between the lines and I don't think I want to ruin your wish this time.

I wish I could give Carleejoan a big hug!

Me too. Carlee, if I remember, your dh was sick. I'm not sure what's happening now, but now you're tired and depressed. Will pray. My # is 206-201-2577 if you want to chat.

I wish my daughter-in-law would swat 4yr old monster boy. Dh fixed the sink after mb had put rocks and marbles down the drain. Then mb found some way to run water down into the wood cabinet under the sink.

Poof. Monster boy has been spanked and is repentant. He has now become such a model of good behavior that your daughter-in-law wants six more just like him.

I wish not being fat didn't take so much work.

(((poof))) you took one of those wonderful pills that makes food go right through you. You are as thin as a rail and folks tell you that you need to eat more. Which you would be glad to do if you could get out of the bathroom.

I wish I could be super strong when it is time to move my furniture to the home we are leasing.

"six more of him"

poof.......you get bitten by a radioactive ant and become able to lift 20 times your weight. You also start crawling instead of walking, get a craving for sugar and insist on living underground in little tunnels.

I wish people on TV couldn't lie - politicians, preachers, advertisers.

POOF! Now no one on tv can lie. If they try to, their noses grow and they turn into wooden puppets like Pinnochio. Now tv studios are filled with long-nosed puppets of newscasters hoping to one day be good enough to be real people again.

I wish my work place wasn't infested with roly-poly bugs.

(((poof))) the rolly polly bugs are gone but now adorable lady bugs are there. Every live with a lady bug swarm. It is a strange thing.

I wish I had a lady bug to watch for a couple of minutes.

I wish I could discover what it's like to be on a sail boat in a moderately windy bay.

poof.......you're sailing out in a sunny bay - salt spray against your face and wind in your hair. Seabirds call overhead as you go faster and faster tacking towards an island with white sand and hills covered with wildflowers. Your cell rings. DD needs a ride to the mall immediately.

I wish summer would come. It's 50 and raining every day.

You're confused. The seasons have reversed and it is actually late fall. It will snow any minute. Get your scarf, mitts and hat! Get your Christmas list out and get shopping! Especially for Carleejoan. I want a trip to Florida. LOL

I wish I could just get some energy!

*Poof* Somebody slips you caffeine pills and now you're buzzing so much you can't sit down. Watch out for the down...

I wish I had people nearby to actually talk to.

poof.........Ganheim wakes up in a large college dorm. He shares a room with 4 other guys. Two listen only to country and the other two only Hip Hop. Everyone is yelling over the music and making rude gestures. A guest is in the bathroom and refuses to come out. The TV is stuck on the jewelry selling channel. There is a knock on your door. It's a demonstration against pepperoni pizzas. They spy an empty pizza box and pour coke on your bed while reducing the box to confetti. Welcome to civilization!

Sometimes I wish I had a better attidude.

(((poof))) now you are a darling and go over to the dorm to clean up and ruffle everyone's feathers and basically be the dorm grandmama.... oh, how sweet. And you thought MB was tough!

I wish I had the winning lottery ticket.

poof.........you won the lottery.....the lottery for a lifetime supply of dental glue. Hope you all have false teeth.

I wish dh didn't get cranky whenever I don't agree with one of his ideas.

Maybe you used up all his dental glue for his false teeth on repairing that broken vase! LOL Make a recording of your voice and have it say "yes dear, yes dear, yes dear, anything you say dear, you are so important to me dear, yes I think you're right by golly!" Play when he's having his cranky mood and see what he does. LOL Please let me know too!! You can come and visit me then for sure!!

I wish I didn't get so mad at someone today.

lol. He'd love it.

poof.......you didn't get mad: you got even. Oops, I guess that's not a Christian wish. OK, poof.......you didn't get mad. You baked them a cake...and...and...threw it at them. Sorry, I'm not peaceloving today.

Now dh is snuggled in bed with the tape player listening to it say "yes dear, yes dear". I feel superfluous. What should I do?

You're very funny Still4gvn. You should be on a comedy network. Superflous? Is that when you want to floss your teeth in a super way?? Just asking. I think I know the real meaning. But I don't want to be serious.

(((poof))) ok, so if still4given isn't sweating and it is as hot today on the east coast as it has been, we had better hose her down! You get the hose, I'll turn on the water...

I wish I had a nice swim suit.

(((Poof))) it's all the same, once you wear it soon you will get bored and fed up with it and want to buy a new one, so why bother? Be satisfied with what you have.

I wish I could go and relax at the pool with one of lovely books before the end of summer season! Lord hear my prayers!

poof.........summer won't end till Cloak gets to relax at the pool and read her book. I hope it's in the next few months, or those polar bears will be eating cooked fish out of the ocean.

Stop hosing me down! We live just north of Seattle in the NW and it's 50 degrees F. Achoo! The news just said we're colder than Siberia - an unusual spring. I wish for warm weather so I can swim in the lake and put the grandkids in their backyard with the kiddie pool.

You got tired of waiting and went swimming in the lake and put the grandkids in their wading pool. Now you're all shivering and in need of some hot chocolate. But you had fun!

I wish my new shoes I bought today would last as long as my old ones. It's unlikely--they were cheap.

((poof)) these inexpensive shoes last and last, but they also squeek and squeek.
(btw, I have had cheap shoes last and fit)

I wish our house would magically be packed and ready to move by the end of next week.

POOF!! All your worldly goods are packed and ready to transport--on the next space shuttle. Hope you don't need them for a while.

I wish we had three cars, and gas was cheap enough for my dh, my ds, and myself to be able to use them all.

poof.....you have three cars and gas is real cheap! It's cheap because you're living in a Middle East oil rich country. Too bad you and Ds have to wear a burka and aren't allowed to drive. Oh, and dh has got in trouble for not facing Mecca 4 times a day to pray. Hope he gets out of jail.

It's finally warmed up somewhat here so dh was able to take the kids in the yard to play. And Monster Boy was super good! So I've gotten a lot of things I wished for.

I wish car2ner has an easy move and gets that house sold.

*Poof* the entire house packs itself, and fits itself into one easy-to-carry briefcase. But all the linen and foodstuffs are packed, so you have to sleep in the car and use drive-throughs to eat. Nobody has any idea yet how to unpack.

My parents' poor dog is despondent about not being able to play fetch all day, I wish it was cooler so I didn't have to worry about him overheating himself.
