*Poof* Somebody drops a 30kg piece of solid wood furniture on the arch of your foot. Now you feel no headache, but you can't walk.

I wish speculators would stop ruining the cost relation between auto fuel and oil barrel prices - it would make my research much easier.

POOF! No more speculators. Gas prices and oil barrel prices are still just way too high. But you can still do your research.

I wish my new black jeans didn't collect so much white lint.

*Poof* You're jeans are now lint free...but now your socks and shirt are gathering all the lint.

I wish my hair didn't get so frizzy when I airdry, blowdry, straighten, or do anything with it!

Poof your hair is as smooth as can be. The frizzies are all gone! Except for one thing it was done with purple hair colour. Now you have to have purple hair to have smooth hair.

I wish my daughter would get to sleep at night so she could wake up okay in the morning.

((( poof))) your DD is sleeping soundly through the night and wakes up with a wonderful attitude. But be careful because she'll be up all night again and sleeping till noon when she hits her teens.

I wish my sons would find a nice affordable apartment to move into the end of June.

Poof They couldn't find an affordable apartment so are still living with you and not cleaning up their own messes and having their friends over and messing up some more. Maybe they'll be there for you in your old age though.

I wish I could get my fridge cleaned.

poof.......you leave the back door ajar by mistake. While your dd is standing with the frig door open speculating on what to snack, a whole family of raccoons troop in and clean out your frig. Of course, your dd doesn't notice, because she is talking on the cell phone while looking for the snack.

I wish I could keep up with mt hyper husband so we'd have more in common. Him , me

((( easy))) passes you a starbucks double shots.

BTW, We did a shakespear performance after the whole cast indulged in a can of double shot apiece. That was the fastest we ever got through that show, and the whole cast was ready to fall asleep a few hours later. AMAZING> ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I wish I had photos from that show

Paparazzi were there to take pictures...but now you're in a bidding war over the photos with the tabloids who are planning on modifying them and making it front-page material.

I wish computers were faster. (This computer is so slow I'm afraid it's going to freeze checking email).

poof........car2ner pours a double shot into your computer. Now it's very fast, just not accurate. And it likes to make the decisions about where to go on the web.

I wish someone would clean all the garbage out of my car before I catch the plague.

((poof))) where are those mice that were invading the fridge a while back? Ah, there they are. Now open the car door.

I wish my son's car wasn't smooshed tonight! Glad that my son is well, though.

Oh, my! I'm glad he's okay, too. Remember that time machine from a few wishes back? Your ds borrows it to go back and avoid the accident. Let's hope he doesn't get that smooshed, too.

I wish the price of gas would come all the way back down to 99 cents a gallon.

thanks

and (((poof))) there is a station that has 99 cent gasoline but like in the gas shortages of the 70's, there is a terribly long line to the station and folks are running out of gas sitting in that long line waiting to get to the gas station because it is only 99 cents and everyone is on their cell phone calling friends to get gas and sheesh won't that guy move his car, ohno, he can't he just ran out of gas, rats.

I wish I could just ((( poof))) myself to places sometimes.

POOF! You have the ability to poof yourself to places. The problem is, you can't control when and where you're poofed to. One minute you're at home with your hubby, and the next, POOF! You're in New Delhi. And then POOF! You're in the tiny town of Check, Virginia (a real place--I've been there). And then POOF! You're in...

I wish Car2ner could POOF to Indianapolis to visit me.

poof...........there she goes - she just materialized in your living room. Oops - she poofed away again. Maybe we should all go back to riding griffins: they are more reliable.

I wish I could live in Narnia -old Narnia not under the Tellamerines.

POOF!! You are in Narnia. You are in the White Witch's castle, trying not to be turned into a statue.

I wish I was young and pretty and didn't have thinning hair or these wrinkles in my forehead.

*Poof* You appear eternally young, but now you're watching all of your friends and family grow old around you and all you can do is watch.
((Good book on this idea - Tuck Everlasting.))

I wish I could read faster. I've got so many things I've told other people that I'd read.

poof......you find the comic book and movie versions of all those books.

oops: I got turned into stone. Guess I'll just have to wait for Aslan to rescue me. Nice to know how things will turn out in the end.

My wish is that I can tell my 6yr old gs more about the Lord when I babysit today. It's hard to talk when his 4yr old brother, Monster Boy wants to wrassle.

(((poof))) you find all mentions of wrassling in the bible and use it as an object lesson. Just don't put a hip outta joint.

This is the next to the last day of school here. I wish I could see how these kiddos do next year, even the ones moving up to middle school.

poof.......you go to their high school ten year reunion and get introduced to their spouses and kids. But you're such a great teacher they want you to come back and teach all the kids.

Are you moving to near your h's job? Is that still in GA? I forget.

Monster boy (4 yrs) is totally spoiled, but his Mom says that's 'just his age'. He needs his rump whacked, but she doesn't believe in that. I wish she'd be more firm with him.

yes, moving down to m'love's work. We are tired of living in two places since last August. We will be living at the very southern side of Georgia. Our kids are staying in the Atlanta area.

Yes, a youngster needs a firm hand now and then, and firmly thumping a rump now and then. It took me a few years to realize that myself. so.....

(((poof))) now mom is firm but loving and Monster Boy has settled down a bit. Instead YOU are the one being fussed at for spoiling the grands....

*Poof* Summer weather comes, and the earth stops spinning. You get summer weather for all time, but with the sudden cessation of the earth everything goes flying. The other side of the planet freezes, and sunny side is baked into a desert.

I wish it was easier to get a non-delivery summer job. I have reference books I'm waiting to buy from Amazon.
