What I want in a girlfriend and a wife are the same. If I don't see her as wife material, why would I want to date her? Obviously, she must be a Christian and must have the desire to constantly grow in Christ. Without that, nothing else matters. On to the questions... Do you want a pretty girl? Are looks really important to you? yes, I want a girl who is pretty, but she doesn't need to be pretty to the rest of the world, just to me. Looks are a nice bonus, but I find many different ladies attractive, so it's what lies beneath that decides whether I'm truly interested in her. Do you want an honest girl (surely you do!)? Of course. If I can't trust her with anything, I don't want to share my secrets with her, and that's what marriage is all about. Do you want a clever or smart girl? Or would you rather have 'another dumb blonde'? Clever. I want a girl who I can talk about deep issues with and connect with, not a doormat. Do you want to be with an outgoing girl? Or would you rather be with an introvert? Mix of the two, just like me. Someone who can be both at different times. Do you want a sweet, quiet girl? Or do you want a loud girl who will happily speak her mind when she wants? Mix of the two...all of one or all of the other are not necessarily good, but some of both is! Do you want a creative girl? Yes. I want to see what she is able to do with different things. A sports fan? Or athlete? NFL fan is all...I don't really follow anything else, and she doesn't have to follow it if she doesn't want to. athlete is good, that way, I can do fun stuff with her and the family and other friends and she won't feel out of place. Do you want a skinny/slim, average, or a girl with 'a little more to love'? Average...skinny just for the sake of being skinny isn't healthy, but neither is being 50 pounds overweight.
