I speak, very little.

Poco means small, poquito means very small.

Yeah, that's horribly sad. I hope that they get counseling for their son, he's going to be in pain for a long time....

'Night, James!

Okay, I'm off to bed too. G'night, Trish!

Night James.

I think the whole family are going to need counselling. I couldn't believe it when John told me what had happened. He'd heard the story on KSBJ.

Morning, all!

I got up at six, looks like my brain can no longer tell the difference between weekdays and weekends. I've had breakfast, I'm running laundry, now I need to make a grocery shopping list. At 8:30, I'm heading over to the New Balance store to buy some new gym shoes. Then, groceries and the gym and I'm home again. Need to do some cooking and cleaning, then I have an appointment with my trainer at 5 to check on my progress toward the hike.

Yep, it's the weekend. Work, but for me, not for pay.

Yeah, she was!

She says that she can tell a real difference in my definition, how my muscles look, and my shape. My weight loss is really slow, but she says not to worry, that some of the fat is being replaced by muscle.

Of course, now my workout is gonna be a whooooooooooole lot harder.

I can do it, really I can!

Things are going ok. Just relaxing for the weekend here and watching a Michael W. Smith special for the second time today. Talk about an artist who has grown through the years! Amazing stuff about his life, claim to fame, how he met his wife, his relationship with Amy, etc.

Mikey, I had to rearrange my schedule for a client, so I get Tuesday off. And I'm going to go see a movie with a female friend of mine.

James, Iago is español for James! Sorry you have class on Monday, bro!

'Tis okay! It's only one class from 8-10AM. And we'll probably get out early, so it's all good.

After I posted that question, Loverly pointed that out to me. I'm just not familiar with Iago as a translation for James.
